After not receiving any goods and minimum contact with SimplyHopelessUtopia I requested a refund by email as no-one will speak direct by phone, just a (leave your number and...)
No-one has answered to acknowlege my request.

Would never use again! Ordered items on 14th Sept, nothing received as yet! Have emailed them, tried to call them which always goes straight to voicemail. Will never use them again!.

Really pleased with this purchase. Good solid piece of furniture. Deep, wide shelves so plenty of room for items. Have seen the same thing on other sites however, this was the best price.

Appalling!
The order was over 15 days late and I couldn't even get through customer service as it is an automated message.
No reply to emails as I was trying to track the order.
The item is damaged and if my clothes were not on the floor, I would send it back.
The driver left the pallet outside my door, blocking the traffic and I was expected to carry a chest of drawers and a wardrobe inside the house - considering I'm a 5'3 and 108lbs it is not an easy task to fulfill! Terrible experience overall.
I wish I could add the pic so you could see the damage!
Avoid at all costs!

Placed an order on Wed 14th. I received no communication, until today saying that the order will be delivered today. Baring in mind I work 9-5. Got a phone call from a neighbour say the order which was a mattress was left outside! All now not heard a word! Would not recommend nor will I ever use the Company again. Disgusted by the lack of communication and my goods just left out on the doorstep like trash. RUDE!!!!!

I sent these for my Aunt 100th she loved them the scent filled her room. I couldn't have found a better present for her

Delay with delivery but was during height of covid so hard not to have some understanding. Item is lovely to look at and has considerable storage space. Really pleased with it.

Delivered sooner than expected, Great build quality and very easy to assemble my grandson loves it.

The item arrived damaged and they accused me of damaging it and refused to replace it. AVOID.

Just opened the packaging today for a walnut sideboard we ordered and arrived last week
Unfortunately the top left front corner wax damaged

Placed an order for a sofa. Arrived in two days’ time but driver refused to take it off the truck because he was alone. So, he took it back. Called Simply Utopia few times, no response. I emailed the customer service, good response but slow. Took almost two days to arrange new courier. 5 days in, no response from either courier, Tufnell or Simply Utopia. Not sure when I will get the sofa. Poor service and response from both.

Kept in touch the whole time, messaged me a delivery slot and delivered in that time slot, great product for the price, product met expectations and am happy 😊

Simply Utopia sent me a damaged bed, at first i contacted them via email, they said it would be rectified, then nothing, they wont answer phone calls or emails. If you use this company be it at your own risk. As you could be left with damaged goods.

Ordered a patio table there was a slight delay but customer services were excellent thank you Charlotte kept me updated and we were not disappointed lovely table. So pleased and well packed and easy to put together! Many thanks for your assistance.

Ordered a bunk bed Didnt get what i was expecting, and then when i did set it up it had few dents in the metal work and had quite a few scratches on and could see they have tried to paint over them !!! Wouldnt use this site again and definitely would not recommend to anyone 👎🏻 poor quality and for the price you pay
