I purchased a Lisbon study desk. It arrived fairly quickly. As it was flat packed I had to pay privately for an installer to assemble the product as my husband is a heart patient and daughter suffers from cancer so did not have time other than to call an installer.

When the installer started to assemble the product two of the pieces were damaged however due to lack of time I did not have the time to keep returning and wait for a replacement so the installer carried on with assembling l.

Unfortunately most of the pieces including the oak desk top was all chipped, cracked and damaged. There was a missing part too.

I called simply utopia several times but they simply would not return my call. Had sent them numerous with photos attached of all the damaged pieces, sent emails requesting for a refund to which they agreed but wanted me to dismantle the entire product abd put it in its original packaging which the installer had binned. i was unable to dismantle the product myself as it was too heavy. Sent them an email requesting for a concession since it was all practically damaged had no response as yet.

I have reported this matter to trading standards too.

I will not be using this company again!!

obviously removed my last review,so here i am again.Terrible service,terrible customer service,lied about item not being loaded onto lorry,Then 3 days later told me the item was out of stock,so only part of my delivery has arrived,still waiting be warned

Item was suppose to arrive in 7-10 days. It arrived in 6 weeks. I waa really disappointed as I bought it so I could use it for a family event because of the timescale. Despite ringing them there absolute zero communication on the phone. Only way they can be contacted is via email. Thank God I received the item as I was worried that I might not receive it. Total confusion between the courier company as the could not locate my item. It was literally sitting at the courier company for 15 days before they allocated my item . It was bad experience with this company as I will never use this company again .

I purchased an umbrella stand after an incredibly brief Google search took me to this store… Well I am absolutely over the moon with it! It’s absolutely gorgeous and everyone who has seen it loves it too. It arrived really quickly, well packaged etc. Brilliant!

Excellent cupboard, well made, easy to assemble and good price

Storage box delivered safely, eventually. Packaging just adequate, one torn dent but had not damaged the contents. Easy assembly, all parts included & fitted well together. Large size means the box does flex a bit. Poor communication before delivery. Was due 14th - 16th, but then informed 18th -19th & arrived on the 19th. Never received 16 digit tracking code. Email communication was only ever response to my chaseup Email queries

Absolutely terrible. Table was scratched and marked as packaging was insufficient. I have repeated tried to contact you and left messages in your voicemail for you to call but have not heard anything. I am now in process of contacting my credit card provider to get my refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Avoid! . Terrible customer service.Delivery of a bed I ordered was constantly changed but always on the day it was meant to turn up.I’ve now asked for a refund and I’ve been waiting days and still no response even though I left several voicemails(as you can’t actually speak to anyone) and I’ve left several emails.

getting confirmation of the order, chasing for an update etc proved to be unclear and a real challenge. The customer service team (Rob) did help sort and chase though and was also prompt with responses

Beautiful item well priced (lp and player stand for my husband), great customer service when I couldn't track my parcel. Arrived promptly. Would recommend!

The goods turned up damaged. I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for them to get back to me on a solution. Terrible customer service!!! Avoid dealing with if possible!!!
