Left 2 phone calls, 2 emails, social media and have had zero response.
AWFUL - worse customer service ever, and now ask for a review. Wrong product, no one cares.

Beautiful piece of furniture, well made, well packed and short delivery time. Kept up to date with delivery progress regularly and the driver called 30 minutes before delivery as arranged. Really impressed with service from start to finish.

I still haven't received my item and im been asked to leave a review...
Ordered a bed on the 13th of November due for delivery 17th-19th of November. Delivery company keep saying they cant find my item on their system. Company itself take days to reply to emails and you cant get through on the phone to speak to anyone you just have to leave your name and number, no one ever calls you back. I received an email on the 24th of November saying my item should have been out for delivery on the 19th which it wasnt as i still havnt received it. Been sleeping on the floor for weeks now. If my item comes i will change my review but as of now im not happy at all.

Purchased a rug from this company @ a cost of £160 , unfortunately it was unsuitable, I contacted the company to raise a return & was advised I would be responsible for cost to return it , absolutely furious it cost £21.45 to return !!! Which company’s work this way in 2021 will not buy from them again !!!

I have brought a third item from Simple Utopia. Recently for my third order it was not possible to speak to any representative on the phone but the6 did eventually email me back.
Overall experience has been good. The items I have purchased have been of reasonable quality. The chest of drawers which came as flat packed is reasonable quality but does not have soft close drawers. So that’s why I would give it 4 stars.

Always a bit nervy buying furniture on line. Will it be love at first sight or…oh gawd! Therefore one of the reasons we chose to buy through Utopia is the generous returns policy.
The good news- a beautiful piece of furniture, packaged well and delivered in good time at a reasonable price.

Perfect sofa for my cosy flat! Quick delivery, easy set up.I can highly recommend it!

Canterbury double bed frame delivered on time, well packed & undamaged & at best price. Fitted together with help from friend, needs 2 people. Not used yet but seems sturdy & instructions not bad. Only negative is that fixings on head & foot stick out like a sore thumb against the cream metal. Cannot fault the firm for flexible delivery to new house to suit moving in date, friendly contact!

It was as described and delivered on time. Easily assembled.
No problems, would recommend.

Glad I hadnt read the negative reviews before I ordered as my item, a large safety fireguard arrived very swiftly and at lowest price on the net. Exactly as described and great for the purpose
