Nice website, easily ordered. Some damage with the goods but a satisfactory solution was reached in a prompt manner.

My order went missing well 3 out of 4 parts. Still waiting for it to be found and /or delivered (or refunded or repalced) Communication was poor depending who you got. Fingers crossed the rest of my order appears

Very pleased with my corner cupboard - it is sturdy and well made. It looks exactly as in the picture - and just what I wanted.

I haven't actually assembled the shed yet, but all the components arrived as promised and were packaged well. Mainly I just wanted to recommend this company's customer service. They have been very helpful and efficient when I have called with queries and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Very unusual these days!

First time I have used this company but I was very impressed at the speed in which they dispatched my order and was quick to arrive considering it was over the bank holiday period.

The shed that I ordered was crap

Bought a Sareer matrah mattress from this company in May this year. The surface has gone completely bobbly clicked and laddered even though we've used a mattress protector from day 1 plus it feels like we're lying on an old mattress, doesn't seem firm at all.
When we contacted them, they said it was wear and tear. After 6 months! I was hoping it will last for 8 years. Our mattress that we took to the tip looked newer than this one.
Utterly disgusted with their customer service and we're taking this matter to the ombudsman

Ordered recliner chair / footstool at a very good price compared to other suppliers and items were delivered within 5 days. The goods were of superb quality and carrier company notified me well in advance of my delivery slot which they fulfilled.
Very impressed overall and based upon my own experience I would use this company in the future.

If I could give no stars I would. I had a number of outlets I could have purchased this item from. Unfortunately I made a bad decision and choose Simply Utopia. I received an email after 10 days confirming the delivery of my item had been delayed. Knowing it was a busy time I remained optimistic. After another week passed I was informed the item had been lost and was no longer available. A refund had been given. Because of the prolonged delay the item was no longer available at other outlets. Very poor service indeed and one disappointed relative this Christmas

I have ordered the Warwick Velvet Ottoman Bed from Simply Utopia which was £100 cheaper compared to other stores.

To start with the quality of the bed is absolutely fantastic. High end bed that looks amazing. It it very strong built and worth every penny.

To assemble the bed you need to be patient and it takes two people. I did it by myself but it took me a while. Instructions are very clear and easy.

Ok now we will get to the ordering part and communication with the company. To put your mind to peace this is a real company anf I did receive the bed after 1,5 weeks after placing the order.

I did email the company to confirm my delivery and did not get a response for 3 days. I also called and left a voicemail, after that Charlotte has emailed me back and confirmed my delivery date. The communication was smooth after that. I also made a mistake with my delivery address and the order was quickly amended. Very helpful customer service.

During the week of my delivery I have received an email confirming the date of my delivery, then one day before the delivery date I got a text message with my 3 hour time slot for the following day. On the actual delivery day I got a call from the delivery company confirming that they are on their way and ready to deliver.

The delivery guys were super friendly and helped my carry the boxes up to my flat.

Overall I can highly recommend the company, I am beyond happy with my bed and the quality of it.

Haven't received wrong postcode tried calling and email no answer will seek legal action soon if no response from anyone

I got what I wanted, a Christmas duvet set, at a very reasonable price.
It came pretty fast, although I didn't get any dispatch notification it just appeared at my door.
Other than that can't fault the service. I paid for an item and received said item in a good time frame..
