Excellent communication throughout. Bed arrived when we were told it would and we were kept up to date with delivery, very impressed. Have not had this service with previous companies. Unfortunately there was a missing part , it was posted out a few days later. Bunk Bed is solid, very heavy, good quality. In fact we struggled to lift and fit some parts between us but we got there eventually. Could do with guidance how to fit each part ie lie it down, stand it up. Slightly tricky putting slats in as bed already fully assembled and too heavy to move and lift to screw in bottom bunk slats. Completed over three evenings. Hard work paid off though Looks great, very happy with it and our boys love it too! Thank you

Stay away from Simply Utopia and a Michael Edwards sham companies and stick to reputable sellers. Mistreat items during shipping then expect you to pay to return heavy furniture to them! Shocking, disgusting companies - the worst customer service we have ever had the displeasure to deal with.

The delivery driver was female on a single manned delivery van. Our package was far too heavy for a single person delivery

I was delighted with the timely delivery, value for money and the quality of the goods received. The delivery experience was excellent - with plenty of pre-delivery communications and an excellent service on the day. I will use this company again - thank you!

The item came a week later than the originally given delivery date. I wasn’t available that day and they couldn’t change the delivery address so I had to pick it up from the depot. The wooden table had mould growing on. Customer service was quite slow to respond to my request for a refund but agreed that I could return it. They could only pick up Mon-Fri (9-5) when I was at work and couldn’t change pick up address or allow me to drop off anywhere.
They agreed to refund and told me I could leave the box outside on collection day. It was never collected and then I was advised to throw it away - a one hour round drive to the tip.
So, based on my experience, hard to recommend. Have given 2 stars instead of 1 purely because the customer service representatives were pleasant and they did agree a refund without fuss.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Table sent out damaged (had been opened and repacked!). No rush for them to arrange return, so was stuck with table over christmas. To get rid of it we finally had to arrange and pay for return ourselves. Shocking company, it appears its run from a private address, as thats where the return went. Not really a proper Company, just chancers selling other companies goods via their own website!! Avoid at all costs.

Items never arrived. Poor communication. Now going through PayPal to try and get my money back. Avoid!!!!

Very pretty glasses at a great price. They are a good size to hold a decent glass of wine. The engraving is a little thicker than I would have liked. But overall lovely glasses. Arrived well packaged and no breakages. Fast delivery service. Happy customer.
