Very poor customer service.
No update on the delivery date .

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish, ordered the isafe tandem travel system and car seat and also ordered the isafe adapters. They did send the wrong adapters but after contacting them they are sending out the correct ones that I ordered with express delivery and have told me to donate or dispose of the wrong adapters they sent to me very happy overall.

I wanted something to go in the corner of my kitchen. I found the ladder shelf in a few colours. I ordered it Sunday night and recieved it by weds. I'm happy with it

Love my new stool. They did send it to my neighbour even though I’d put my address so not sure how that happened but love the product and a good price.

Bought the furniture unit from here as other, more popular sites were selling same product, but much more expensive.
I received my delivery 2 days later.
Only thing that wasn't expected, is that I didn't receive an email or a text that my order been shipped or is out for delivery.
Other than that, definitely recommend this website.

My only criticism was the fact that I paid via Apple Pay and did not hear anything for over 1 week.On contacting the customer service I received and email with a invoice and order number.This was followed by a delivery date which was fulfilled on time.

I ordered the Native home horizontal arch mirror (black)
It was exactly as described, arrived without damage within the time stated, good price too the lowest I saw when making comparisons,I am very happy with the product and the service I received

Awful. I bought a bistro set which was delivered badly damaged. Arranged for a return and replacement. Had to chase for the replacement. They sent EXECTLY THE SAME DAMAGED ITEM AGAIN. Arranged for the item to be collected - they booked three separate collections of the same item. Asked for a refund. Chased three times - ignored three times. Left a voicemail - ignored. Had to apply for refund via PayPal, at which point my refund was processed. Dreadful customer service, clearly hoping I would give up chasing for my refund and only willing to pay attention to PayPal, not an individual customer.

Please avoid simply utopia the want you to pay 35 pounds to return a 98 pound item no help or support pls do not buy this company needs to be investigated as soon as possible very very let down company did I say avoid at all cost

Over all the service received wasn’t too bad in the end. Firstly I received an email telling me I could download the up to track my delivery. I could see that the item had been received. How I never got notification on the day that the item was going to be delivered. On that day the driver was unable to find the address. I then received an email asking me to reconfirm the address and to give any information on how to find the address. Which I provided. Finally after a few days the item was delivered. The delay cause anxiety as it was a birthday present. I just wish I received a message or email on the day of the delivery this would have been very helpful.

Get exactly what you order and on time delivery. Easy to fix together and sturdy and safe. Very pleased with my purchase. Thank you

A very efficient service from start to finish. A helpful, polite courier as well. However, I am slightly disappointed with the sofa. It looks great in our kitchen but it is so uncomfortable. I am hoping that, given time and daily use, it will soften and bed in a bit. Fingers crossed as it cannot now be returned.

We ordered a twin stem Tiffany lamp from Simply Utopia.
It arrived promptly and had been well packaged.
The lamp itself was of very good quality but unfortunately a piece of the base was missing.
I emailed customer services and received a prompt reply from Gemma , who arranged for the missing piece to be sent quickly from the warehouse directly to us.

The whole process of buying this bed was good. The delivery was quick and the boxes were even taken up to the bedroom. The bed and mattress are lovely. I would definitely recommend.
