Beautiful lamp, quick delivery.

Was very happy with everything.Can’t fault anything.

Very prompt next day response when I requested delivery date. Delivery came on Sunday morning as confirmed!

No response to email, wrong item sent out and need to return but no help is being provided! Tried to call got cut off various times. I hope this gets rectified soon as apart from this delivery was quick and packaging was brilliant

Didn’t receive my item till now was a gift for my niece and now having to chase up Hermes for the item not happy. It is suppose to be a 3 day delivery!

My coat stand arrived the day after it was scheduled, but it came in a solid box - well packaged. The only assembly was attaching coat hooks which was easy to do. It’s exactly what I wanted and looks great.

The rocker and table set came earlier than expected and are great quality--surprisingly solid.

It does say, "Minimal Self Assembly required."

However, it was not minimal and it does NOT "self-assemble." Took two of us an hour and a half.

Ordered a dining table on line. Which arrived a few weeks later. Arrived flat packed and left in downstairs hallway. I live in a 3rd floor flat. As the boxes were so large I had no option but to take the pieces out of the boxes. Once assembled I realised the dining table didn’t suit my flat. I asked for a refund/exchange within my statutory 14 days only to be told I can return only if the table hasn’t been assembled and original boxes used.feel very disappointed as how am I supposed to see the full product without assembling it. I will never buy from this company again !

worst online store have ever dealt with paid for a utility cupboard on the 24/4/22
after several phone messages left & Emails (all ignored) finally made contact after threatened
to involve credit card company was promised it would be dispatched a week later i filled out dispute form online with credit card company & Emailed simply utopia to tell them i was submitting it they offered to cancel & refund that i said i would accept only to get an email saying it was dispatched it duly arrived two days later damaged but as they charge £30 for returns & it took nearly a month (lots of stress )to get it i bought some parts & repaired it my advice is steer clear of simply utopia as its simply not worth the hassle
