Great product and great service. Bought as a present and arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The recipient was really happy with their gift!

Good value for money, great customer service

Superb product, we are delighted with the benches but the delivery was a lot longer than advertised.

My partner placed and order on the 3rd May. We've been given tracking info that says in been sat in delivery depot for the best part of 4 days. We've tried to ring both delivery company and utopia about our order but have yet to receive any communications back. No answer to the emails sent, or the voice messages left as you only ever reach an answer phone. Will give them till tomorrow to respond as per the email sent that will be raising a dispute via klarna who we purchased through. Never will I order again from here, which is a shame as they have lots of beautiful items.

The item was late. No response to my emails or phone messages. Terrible customer service. Only received communication when I opened up a complaint through PayPal.

Wrong item sent. We ordered the maxi cosi adaptors for tandem pram but unfortunately the isafe car seat adapters were sent instead. We didn’t realise until the night before we needed them and our car seat wouldn’t fit :(

I ordered a white mirror the mirror arrived it was a dirty cream. I have rung the company on numerous occasions and left a message and still no one has rung me to collect the mirror. Really disappointing.

The bedside tables were not good the wood was different colours and some of the top was slightly green

The table I ordered came well within the estimated delivery time. It was sturdy and matched what I hoped for from the web site. I would buy from Simply Utopia again.

I ordered something with estimated 7 - 10 working day delivery as a birthday present and 18 working days later I still do not have it. I finally have a delivery date but this is after the birthday. Massively disappointed. Whilst responsive on email, they were unable to take a call or call me back to discuss. They were very friendly and prompt in their communication but all in all I will never buy from them again.

We ordered the Novogratz Skylar Velvet Sofa Bed in Green Velvet which was amazingly delivered just 36 hours after ordering. The service was impeccable and the product quality is great, especially considering the price.

However, the colour of the sofa bed is most definitely teal, rather than the green colour displayed in the product photos. Fortunately, this still goes with the colour theme of the room but we would have preferred the green as illustrated.

This experience has been 5 star from start to finish. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour and Charlotte in customer services corrected the order and refunded the first payment within 24 hours. The wardrobe was on back order and Charlotte has kept me updated at every stage, whilst being an absolute pleasure to deal with. The wardrobes were delivered on time, in great condition and look amazing. They're also, looking at other stockists, a great price. I couldn't be more delighted and would happily recommend Simply Utopia.

This was the 3rd place I’d ordered these units from after being on back order for months, so I wasn’t massively hopeful they’d arrive. When then did arrive, they came within the dates that were stated upon order and I received a message with a time frame on the day. The units were so easy to put together on my own, and I can honestly say that this is the first flat pack furniture where nothing was missing and everything lined up perfectly. The only thing they could’ve done better was send me an email once it had been dispatched, other than that, I’ve been waiting for the opportunity to review them to say thank you. Would 100% buy from them again.

I am absolutely in love with this sofa! From the colour to the look and the price... it all is very pleasing. Comfortable too!

Terrible! Payment went through, was advised of dispatch, then nothing until I queried delivery. Then told it was damaged when collected by courier (?) and I would be refunded. Never again!

No problems at all, an email to keep me updated as slight delay on delivery and good customer service. Item exactly as expected.
