We’d like to clarify that our subscriptions are billed annually, not monthly, as indicated on our Plans page (“billed annually”). The monthly amounts displayed are simply shown to represent the equivalent monthly cost of the annual plan.

Please rest assured that we don’t charge more than what’s shown on our pricing page. The total amount is always shown on the checkout page before proceeding with the payment.

You can also confirm that the amount charged is correct by checking the plan prices on the Plans Page and reviewing your Subscription & Billing page to ensure they match.

We're sorry to hear this.

Normally, all equities and ETF holdings are imported automatically. However, in some cases, certain tickers or company names may have a different format from your broker’s site, which prevents us from matching automatically. You can easily resolve this by clicking the “Match Ticker” button to manually link the correct stock.

Our platform covers equities and ETFs only. Other asset types such as bonds, mutual funds, and cryptocurrencies are not available in our database and therefore won’t be included in your Simply Wall St portfolio.

Our Support Team will reach out to take a closer look at your specific case and help make sure everything is showing correctly.

We’ve checked and there are no known issues affecting the watchlist feature. Adding stocks should be quick, and your list should remain saved.

For your reference, the platform allows the creation of multiple watchlists. It’s possible you’re viewing a different list (e.g., the one with 23 stocks) rather than the one where you added 50. You can switch watchlists by clicking the watchlist name in the upper-left of the Watchlist page and selecting the correct list.
