I now live in the U.S.A and initially encountered problems purchasing a weather vane via the online web site. After a quick response with Jonathan we found a means for me to pay without having to use a U.S. credit card and the transaction went very smoothly. The weather vanes were ordered and shipped the very next day and arrived with time to spare before Christmas. I highly recommend this company based on my experience.

Assembled product. When positioning and found that whilst tightening grub screw to hold bar to bracket, the bracket saddle weld broke.

Would certainly use again perfect service and a very good product exactly as described.
