Very good quality product, very good quality service. The website was really clear, and the product is in a coherent ranhe and style, so you knmow if you're in the right or wrong place for you as soon as you land. I had a query and it was answered on email within a couple of hours, and then the delivery was on time, with the hour being specified. My only suggestions would be to include the actual dimensions of the vanes in their descriptions.

The website was easy to use. Have yet to discover if the weathervane is easy to put up as it is a Christmas gift.

A great selection of weather vanes in all shapes and sizes - allowing you to choose something to suit almost any type of installation you can think of. I ordered the Mini Cat and Mouse as a Christmas gift so have not actually seen it opened or fitted yet but I can certainly not fault the service given. I liked the fact that the vane comes with a choice of fittings - especially useful when purchasing as a present and you are not sure where the recipient would wish to display it.
It was ordered very late on Thursday evening and it was delivered Monday morning. I particularly liked the option of asking for it to be delivered to a neighbour if you were not to be in - great as I was to be at work. They e-mailed to advise the expected delivery tiime - a 1 hour window and further e-mailed to say it had been delivered and where it had been left. A service level many (or most) other companies should strive to achieve.
From the service received and the look of the product I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.

The weathervane I ordered arrived earlier than stated, which is a bonus at this time of year, the whole experience was top class! Very easy and very efficient. The weather vane bought for a present for my father, is very well made, solid and a very good size, he will be delighted. Certainly will be shopping here again, a good variety of choice, spotted a couple of pieces for birthdays!! Thank you all very much.

Could not get over how quick i received my order. I ordered it on tuesday and it arrived the very next day. Hopefully my dad, auntie and uncle will love their weathervanes on christmas day.

Very efficient and professional company. the products are not cheap,
but they are specialise in weathervanes, so i didn't expect them to be.
The website was easy to navigate, well designed and gave good clear photos of
the products. My only complaint is that I fear the packaging for the weathervanes 'cheapens' them - it doesn't do anything to make the product look premium or quality.
I would like to see a re-design of the packaging to reflect the quality of the product.

I ordered a new weathervane as a Christmas present for my husband, as the one we have at the moment is rather the worse for wear. I ordered on line on Friday and it was delivered on Monday. It was very well packed and it looks great - very good quality. I hope my husband will be as pleased with it as I am, but I'm sure he will be.
