absolutely brilliant service ordered one day, with lots of communication same day I received a text to say it cpould be delivered next day but if not convenient to state another day, which I did, received an update of delivery. On day of requested delivery I received a text to say my parcel would arrive between 9-10 am, which it did at 9.10, so thoroughly pleased with this extra service

Bought a mini weather vane, the communication from simply weathervanes was fantastic throughout. They delivered the weathervane very fast indeed and the product was great. Could not ask for better service.

I've been looking for a particular weathervane for quite a time. I wanted one depicting a farrier, not very common these days. However Simply Weathervanes has a number to choose from. I was delighted to have a choice. The order was simple [as in the name] and delivery was even better, two days how's that for sevice! The weathervane itself is a good size, well made and quite impressive. Will have to update you on the fitting and how it looks................

T he delivery and package was 1st class . The product was a little bit disappointing . The size was a little small for a garage roof and the quality was average , could be better . Time will tell if it stand the weather . I am a little crittical as the last weathervane I bought was purpose made and rotated on a bearing and would move in the slightest breeze . Sadly I feel this one has not the quality and was much the same price . But generally a good product . 7 out 0f 10 . Time will tell if I change my view .

Very easy to order, the follow up with e-mails was excellent as was the next day delivery.

I cannot complain about anything to do with the weather vane that was received almost instantly. The quality of service and product is brilliant.

I like the weather vane very much and I also liked the e.mails recfeived re my order.
However there was a slip up between order and delivery. Totally thewrong address ended up on the parcel to what was written on the order form.
