A good experience with Simpson Millar…

I chose to use Simpson-Millar following our recommendation from someone who would use their services. From the outset the company was efficient polite I was kept well informed at all times And the claim went through smoothly as I am impaired. It was important to me that someone could deal with this without making it a struggle for me, Amy who was looking after my case was helpful kind and made the process smooth. Good service received.

Great industrial disease compensation service

I contacted Simpson Millar after reviewing a number of solicitors. I was looking for someone to help me and my mother claim on behalf of my late father. The case was complex and somewhat historical. I spoke to Anthony Waddington in the Leeds office. He agreed to take on the case, he explained what we would need to do. He was both optimistic and realistic. He guided us through every step always available for advice, he answered every inquiry quickly and clearly. Eventually we won our case. I could not have asked for better.

A very big thank you.

From start to finish Simpson Millar were excellent, always kept me informed at every point of the journey for compensation. I had agreed from the start that I could be contacted at any time, wow, did this help, snipits of information from me requested late evening / weekend, a cancellation by another person for an MRI and could I attend the following day, absolutly brilliant. And of course when the settlement was made again totally looked after and guided maticulosly throughout.

You don’t even deserve one star !

You don’t even deserve one star !!
An absolute shower of a company, you seam to go through staff like no other company I’ve ever dealt with. Four in the last three years have fumbled their way through my son’s case.
Taking almost four years to sell a property & return his late mother’s ashes.
Absolutely disgusting service & had the audacity to charge thirteen thousand pounds for the shoddy service. I wouldn’t let near anything ever again.

We would like to clarify that the total charge of thirteen thousand pounds was not solely our legal fees, but included other external costs, which are outside our control.

The process was lengthy due to the complexity of the case. Unfortunately, matters of such complex natures do take time, and we regret any upset this may have caused.

In recent months, we have been diligently working with the trustees to ensure a smooth transition and proper management of the trust, which has now concluded. We acknowledge that the process has been lengthy and regret any inconvenience this has caused.

Absolutely awful experience

Absolutely awful experience with Simpson Millar. They never answer the phone or respond to emails and the only communication I have from them is irrelevant to my stage in the process. I’m sure if you are looking for something small they can help but they took on the Debenhams case & don’t have the staff to deal with the number of questions they receive so they simply ignore you instead.
