The process is simple

The process is simple. It would just be nice to know the expected timeframe to unlock a device ahead of time. It took 3 days for mine. I had to reach out to ask in which they responded saying it could take 5-7 days. It is a simple process though.

Hello,

I'm sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with your experience. I'd like to clarify that our service has a two-step process for phone unlocking which is fully outlined during the purchase.

Initially, there's an Eligibility Check to ensure that your phone can be unlocked, followed by the actual Unlocking Service fee. All of these charges are clearly stated on our checkout page as well as our Terms of services page before you complete your purchase to ensure transparency.

It seems there has been a misunderstanding regarding the unlocking process and the costs involved. The initial fee you paid is for the eligibility check to ensure your phone can be unlocked. It is not uncommon for the unlocking process to incur additional costs, as clearly laid out on our checkout page before any purchase is made.

We understand your concerns about the payment process and I’d be happy to review the status of your order and guide you through the remaining steps. Please provide your IMEI or order number, or you can simply reply to the order confirmation email for assistance. We’re here to help you get your phone unlocked as smoothly as possible.

Kind regards,
Charlotte

I appreciate your patience and would like to provide further context on our Premium Unlock service. I'm genuinely sorry to learn that your experience hasn't met your expectations. I want to take a moment to clarify our phone unlocking process, which involves two key steps outlined during the purchase.

Firstly, there's the Eligibility Check to confirm whether your phone can be unlocked, followed by the actual Unlocking Service fee. Both these charges are explicitly listed on our checkout page and in our Terms of Services before you finalize your purchase, ensuring complete transparency.

It appears there might be a bit of confusion surrounding the unlocking process and associated costs. The initial fee you paid covers the eligibility check to ensure your phone's unlockability. It's not uncommon for the unlocking process to incur additional costs, as clearly stated on our checkout page prior to any purchase.

Now, regarding the iPhone unlocking, it seems your case necessitates a Premium Unlock, entailing an extra payment of $320. While this may seem high, it comes with a guarantee – a 100% assurance that your iPhone will be unlocked, or you'll receive a 100% refund back to your card.

Premium Unlock is specifically tailored to address unique cases that cannot be resolved through our standard unlocking service. This includes situations where a phone is blacklisted, reported as lost or stolen, or has unpaid bills. A majority of cases requiring Premium Unlock involve customers with outstanding bills owed to their network providers, often ranging from $800 to $1000. Consequently, the $320 fee we've outlined remains a considerably more affordable option for resolving such complex issues.

We understand your concerns about the payment process, and I'd be delighted to review the status of your order and guide you through the remaining steps. You can either provide your IMEI or order number, or simply reply to the order confirmation email for assistance. Our aim is to assist you in unlocking your phone as seamlessly as possible.

Warm regards,
Charlotte

Be careful with SIMUNLOCKS.COM

Be careful with this fake company from Hong Kong. They are stealing money with fake information and publishing. They are offering unlock services for $14.99. Then when you pay it they send you and email to request a new payment for $65 plus.
This is a terrible business practice and they are stealing my money. I sent an email and they said that did a service. LOL.
This is a worst company to unlock a mobile device. Be careful with SIMUNLOCKS.COM.
I will request the cancelation in my bank because they didn't want to refund my money. Fake company, stealing money from the customers.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that there has been some confusion regarding the payment structure for our unlocking services.

Please allow me to clarify that the initial $14.99 represents the cost for the eligibility check. As stated on our website and during checkout, all phones require this Eligibility Check first. Thereafter, if the phone is eligible, there is an Unlocking Payment to complete the process, and all costs are outlined prior to finalizing your purchase.

We're committed to transparency and I apologize if this wasn't clear in your experience. We definitely don't want you feeling like you've been misled—that's not our intention. Our goal is to provide a legitimate unlock service, which includes the necessary steps to make sure your phone can be unlocked.

Thank you for understanding, we look forward to resolving any issue to your satisfaction.

Best regards,
Charlotte

Very shifty

They couldn’t unlock my phone, then rather than refund my money, they gave me a credit for the next time I use their service !!!.
The TrustPilot rating on their website was much higher than on the actual TrustPilot website.

First and foremost, I want to thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us and providing detailed feedback. It's important for us to address your situation and ensure that you are fully informed about the process and the status of your order.

Regarding your current order status being 'Hard-Locked', according to our terms, "Any unlocks which come back as Hard-Locked by the network will be refunded in the form of a Credit Note, due to the amount of work required in attempting to perform this unlock." This is in line with our policies as noted in sections 7.e of our terms and conditions.

We strive to ensure a positive experience and it's clear that we have not met the standard you expected on this occasion. While you have expressed disappointment and reluctance to use our service again, I would encourage you to consider utilizing your credit note for any future unlocking needs as our team is committed to providing satisfactory resolutions.

If you have further concerns or need clarification on the credit note or any other matter, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm here to assist you through this process to the best of my ability.

Charlotte
