Quality of their cardigan was very poor.
I bought a Clara cardigan & put it away for Christmas. Since wearing and washing per instructions, it is fraying at the front.

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. I had an issue with a return not being refunded. 27 emails back and forth and 3 weeks later I finally get refunded. I requested my issue be escalated to a manager which was ignored. I also requested a call back as the issue was not being investigated properly.This request was also ignored. A competent person should be assigned to deal with issues rather than just ignoring and trying to fob people off. This has completely put me off shopping this brand as it caused so much stress and frustration to recoup my money!!!

Unfortunately I was really disappointed with my order. I ordered the Aurora jacket and trousers in cream. When the order arrived, the jacket and trousers were two totally different shades of cream and the difference in shade was very obvious- as if they had come from two different batches of fabric. They were quick to reply via Instagram DM and offered that I could exchange the items for a better colour match but I would have had to pay the returns cost myself. Poor considering the items were being returned through no fault of my own! Pity because the quality of both the jacket and trousers seemed excellent. This also happened to my friend so seems to be a common occurrence unfortunately.

I ordered a coat which was endorsed by a popular influencer, and it is too big. Of course I was mindful of ordering from a niche company and read reviews prior.

The order was made on Dec 26, 2025. Received the item Jan 10, 2026. I initiated a return on Jan 14, 2026 and the link to dpd provided does not seem to work. Called dpd, who said to take this up with Sinead Keary. No response to emails, dm on instagram fron Sinead Keary. There is no number to call or chat option. They have no path for returning my item. Very frustrated and feel like I have a useless coat for 239£ which I can never wear.

I sent an item back requesting an exchange. I paid for tracking on this. Item has been returned and I’ve had no acknowledgment that’s the items been received and no communication regarding the return. I’ve emailed, DM’d, publicly commented on their socials and I’ve heard nothing back. They have my item and my money. I’d appreciate a reply back and the exchange I asked for or I’ll be going further about this. They are supposed to be a luxury brand and there is nothing luxury about the customer service. It’s appalling. Quick enough to comment and like influencers posts but ignoring their own paying customers emails and messages. Shocking

I received an item as a Christmas gift that didn’t fit and attempted to return it for a credit note. The online returns system wouldn’t recognise the order details, so I submitted the information manually as instructed on 29th Dec. I received an automated response saying someone would be in touch, but no one ever contacted me.

I followed up multiple times with customer service and received no response. Because the return was never approved, the return window has now passed and I’m left with an item I can’t use. This was my first experience with this brand, and it will be my last.

Bought a top at 30% off, top was too small. Went to return it & they only allow to put the amount back on a gift card because it was a final sale product....yet the top is now 50% off on their website so it obviously wasnt final sale! Have had no response from customer service in over 2 weeks despite numerous emails. Appalling customer service. Still dont know where I stand
