The worst experience I have ever had. Down to missing parcels and not refunding me my money then to only refund some of my money. Never again will purchase from this company.customer service is really bad too, very slow with very little explanation. Extremely disappointed

Fab quality but far roo long
Pleasantly surprised by the quality and fit of the cardigans and trousers i bought. However, the length of the trousers is longer than anything I've ever tried on! The effort of getting them taken up and obviously the additional cost, would put me off buying again. I would 100% agree that shorter leg lengths would make these the perfect buy! I would get them in every colour! I had been considering buying one of the long coats, but I think it would be too long now so probably won't -unfortunate as im sure the quality is fab.

Poor International Delivery to USA
Poor International Delivery to USA. Customs costs as separate fee after purchase through carrier almost doubled price of item. Whereas tariffs are what they are, this wasnt fully and transparently disclosed to buyers and came as a surprise. Delivery and returns are not yet on par with other brands delivering to USA - Holland Cooper, Fairfax and Favor - both of which offer 2 day shipping all Tariffs included in the price at purchase. But I hope they will get there as they grow as a company in the future. This experience was widely shared by others also - on Lydia Millens Evergreen Facebook page.
