Pleasantly surprised by the quality and fit of the cardigans and trousers i bought. However, the length of the trousers is longer than anything I've ever tried on! The effort of getting them taken up... See more

Sinead Keary The Label is an Irish fashion brand, founded in 2020 by Personal Shopper and Designer Sinead Keary. The first collection came to life after 12 years of working in luxury retail and with hundreds of personal shopping clients who repeatedly expressed that they had a wardrobe full of clothes and nothing to wear. Sinead set about designing a collection of luxury essentials to help in forming the foundations of a capsule wardrobe collection to act like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle, enabling women to make better sense of their wardrobe. Sinead Keary The Label is now a leading design house for timeless luxury fashion essentials which have been thoughtfully created to empower women to feel stylish and confident with every outfit. Minimalism, femininity, fine fabrics and perfect fit are all essential components to the label collection.

Quality excellent. Packaging excellent. Buy fit not so much. Trousers came up small. Jacket came up big. Still awaiting refund :(

Hi, I ordered the large in the pink cardi but the sleeves and shoulders were too long and too wide. I find it hard to get your sizing right.
I loved the colour and the quality of the cardi but it just didn't look right

First time to order from Sineadkeary and delivery was quick. Dress I ordered was beautiful, and fitted true to size. Quality is outstanding. My only complaint is I am only 5ft1 and you don’t do a short leg length which puts me off buying some of your pieces ( ie trousers) which is a shame.

Ordered beautiful pink cardigan and absolutely thrilled! Quality is amazing and it fits perfectly. Colour is beautiful - went for pink after seeing it on Jennifer Wrynne. Highly recommend!

I ordered a coat from this company and the wool was such a poor quality, it was so rough, I have coats from Jigsaw and Hobbs and they are in another league. Also, be cautious, I initially did not pay delivery due to ordering over a certain amount, however due to returning the item I had to pay to return it and then ended up having a further £6 deducted. I think this is a really unethical way to do business and I will never order from this company ever again. Very disappointed.

I returned nearly €300 of clothes from Sinead Keary — €202 of that is being withheld. I’ve been told one top worth €112 was returned faulty therefore it will not be refunded. I asked what was the fault ? I was sent a photo stating there was a small make up mark on the inside lining of the top. They think keeping €112 of my money is ok? Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Consumer Rights Act 2022, consumers are allowed to handle and try on goods when purchased online — just as they would in-store. A minor makeup mark from trying something on does not void my right to a refund.
They’re also refusing to refund me in cash for another 2 tops (€45 each), insisting on a credit note. I reminded them that under EU and Irish law, I have the right to cancel and receive a full cash refund, even on sale items. “Store policy” does not override the law.
Their response? “We must adhere to our policies.” Completely unacceptable.
I’m returning my entire order because I did not think the quality of the clothes was anywhere near worth the cost. Now they aren’t giving me €202 back. I have no need for a credit note from this shop. What’s more concerning, when I mentioned this to some friends, I was shocked to hear one of them had a similar encounter struggling to get a refund.
Posting this so other shoppers can think twice before purchasing from here.

Beautiful clothing and wonderful service.
My jacket arrived in Austalia quickly and fits perfectly.
The detail is exquisite and I have options to dress it up and down. A worthy investment.

I returned two items over five weeks ago and my return has still not been resolved. One dress was sent back to me, and the other they are refusing to refund or return. Communication has been very poor, and it’s taking far too much of my time to try and get this sorted. Unfortunately, I won’t be shopping here again and cannot recommend this company.
