.I’ve ordered many times from you before and everything has been great, quick delivery, well made items i thank you so much for your reliable excellent service.

I had so much trouble when I ordered a item from another company and I lost work and money waiting for them to sort out a item to which they had sent me the wrong part for my singer confidence 7470 machine, I sent emails and what’s app messages with photos of the the wrong item they had sent me…and I also phoned them but I wasn’t getting anywhere until I decided to send the wrong item back to them which I had to pay p&p for their mistake and I’m still waiting for my refund🙄🙄😡 3weeks on…🤨😠🤔 Not a Happy Hoppy Sewing Bunny 🐰😡 they are inconsiderate/rude and ‘No Sorry” apology for losing me time and money…. and still not got the part for my sewing machine so still no work or money until I receive the part ‘oder’ I want from SINGER MACHINE Ltd…

I will now ‘NOT or EVER SHOP” with the company that I had the bad experience with….. their part name being Coul- - - 🙄😡
The only company I will now order or use is “SINGER MACHINE Ltd….they are the best, I’ve never had a problem with them, they are so polite and very helpful /honest/reliable etc…..so its a BIG BIG Thank You from me!

Easy ordering process. Good price in that it includes a 10 year warranty. Excellent in that it is free next day delivery. Have always had singer sewing machines in the family as my great grandfather was a singer sewing machine rep. My present singer capri machine has just broken down after 47 years.

What a great website, they have everything. I love the overcaster foot I recently bought, which didn't come with my machine. Just ordered some more needles, delivery is good too.

Same price as Amazon sale price. More information with Singer and made decision easier and I got free scissors worth £30. I'm very pleased and so will my granddaughter be. Arrives tomorrow free delivery.

Checkout was easy, price was less on manufacturers website than other selling the same item. I cannot comment on the item its self as it has not been recieved yet, but as it is from this very old established company I'm sure it will last as long as the one that was on the press when I bought it (first time I have had to replace in 6 years). My Singer Treadle Machine was bought in 1942 by my Mum, I still use it. I hoped I could get spares to keep it going, and now I can. Thank you

The grip that holds the needle in on my over locker fell out when I changed a needle.
The machine is otherwise a good machine so was loathe to buy a new k e.
Someone suggested looking for a part. I googled and this site came up.
I hope I will be able to put it in when it arrives.

Yes, it was a satisfying experience like enjoying a successful activity, looking for the machine that meets your needs, and compare with others. The check out was no problem, luckily I can do Paypal easily, because I couldn't do the other.

The website was easy to use, this company is by far the cheapest in uk for singer machines and they give a 10 yr warranty which gives that extra peace of mind & with next day delivery by DPD whats not to love :-)

My Singer Heavy Duty 4411 sewing machine was faulty and I paid £55 to get repaired.I waited 3 weeks and when it came back it was still faulty.I have tried different threads and stitches and it will not sew properly. When I phoned to ask why it was faulty, the man said that it was the thread and the fabric was using. I had been using my sewing machine for many months now and it would work fine with any thread that I would use. They have refused to give me a refund and I must look elsewhere to get it repaired. I am VERY disappointed
