Really quick & easy site to use
Really quick & easy site to use. Found what I was looking for straight away & really pleased with the price & also free delivery. Needed to phone the customer helpline because I’d made a mistake & brilliantly phone was answered straight away by an actual human! He knew who I was & sorted my mistake out without making me feel like an idiot. Fabulous service.

I don’t know why this business has a customer support number on its website as you have to email and request a call back. Phone calls are not answered or phone was put down in me. No one ever called me back! Poor in my opinion.

Rubbish customer service.
Called asking if machine I wanted was in stock, person checked, yes last 1, said they would keep it, told to go on line and order , which I did right away. Sent email saying they are processing my order, got another email later that day saying they were waiting for new stock. Called today person very rude, Same person I spoke too yesterday making out it wasn't him ! Hung up on me. Didn't care. Getting a refund.
Your reply is wrong, the manager contacted me the following day after I submitted this, NOT THE SAME DAY, by the time he contacted me I had already ordered a machine elsewhere.
