I ordered a Singer manual which they advertised as 'a copy of the original manual', which implied that it was an original printed manual and not the photocopy that I received. I could have downloaded same for less than half their price, from elsewhere. I don't appreciate misleading advertising!

I think the instructions how to thread the machine with
your threader, bears no relationship to the picture and
threader and how you manage to thread the machine.
It looks good. but I have no idea how to connect the
threader to my machine.
For me a waste of money.

I first contacted the company by phone as I have two vintage singer sewing machines and needed advice on how to manage the difficulties I had and to know what parts I might need. The phone was answered promptly. The person I spoke to was polite, knowledgeable and spoke clearly so I understood how to deal with the machine. He knew immediately what parts I'd need and could send me to the correct place on thier Web site. The whole conversation just taking minutes.
On line it was clear and simple to order, prices were very good and basic delivery just one to two days.
The whole experience was brilliant. Considering that this company are dealing with machines hundreds of years old as well as modern up to date machines, I think they could teach a lot of other manufacturing and sales company's a thing or to. Well done and thank you I'll be visiting you again to do business.

Ordering and delivery time were excellent. The sewing machine was supposed to be a surprise Christmas gift for my wife but unfortunately it arrived in a large Singer branded box, so any surprise has been lost. Don’t understand why deliveries at this time of year can’t be put in a plain cardboard box.

Brilliant! I placed my order on Saturday 2 November and I've received it today, Tuesday 5 November - that's really good considering there was Sunday in there!
The products I bought were replacement foam and cover for my Singer ESP2 Steam Press - they both fit perfectly. I'd previously bought just the replacement cover from another website and thought I was getting a genuine Singer one, but obviously that was just a generic one, because this one from Singer Machines Limited is far greater in quality and fit and the foam underlay is a really good thickness.
I will definitely buy from Singer Machines Limited again.

I would like to thank Stephen for the helpful information he gave. I considered getting rid of my singer 246K45 overlocker because other companies I contacted said it wasn't worth repairing. All it needed was a new domestic motor and some oil so for around £50 I now have a working machine. The items were delivered quickly and and I was kept up to date about the order. I highly recommend this shop.
