Good products, fair prices, fast delivery
I'm so pleased to find a company that offers more sustainable disposable tableware at good prices (for times when reusable just isn't an option). The website is easy to navigate with a wide range of the sugar cane waste/bagasse and compostable cups of various sizes on offer at good prices. Delivery was fast and the products are as described. I recommend the products and this company without hesitation.

Prompt and excellent service
When I placed my online order it advised me that several items were on back order and I was given an estimated delivery window.
Without prompting the company emailed to highlight this to me again, to ask if the expected window was acceptable and to see if there was anything they could do to speed up the process.
Very quickly after a couple of short and prompt exchanges the back ordered items were redirected directly to me allowing the rest of the order to be sent without delay.
Excellent customer service.

didnt have what id ordered and had a very delayed delivery. when they replaced my order with a more expensive product no discount was offered i was just billed for the additional cost. thought it would have been a better gesture to pop a small discount for the hassle!
