Good for starters - but the support mail...

It's a really good page to publish your music, especially for starters in this business because you don't have to pay any money to publish your music... But the reason why i just give 4 stars is... I'm waiting since 3 days for an answer from their support mail... In the automatic answer it said "usually 24 hours.". Now it's 72 hours later still no answer.
