Complete disaster. Can absolutely not confirm the all positive reviews here.
Purchased premium account over three weeks ago (09/23/2021) and uploaded an album right after.
There were some queries and rejections because no one here knows anything about classical music. Then finally my album was approved, but no longer distributed and no one from the support responds to my questions, although they promise to answer within 12h.
In short, a waste of time, nerves and money!
Addendum:
With the release of the album, it finally worked out.
But guys, you still have a lot of potential to improve your service and keep your promises.
With the second album the problems started from the new, unbelievable. Even Distrokid is better.
These points are absolutely untrue and mendacious:

First of all; your music is published now on all streaming stores - as you know.
Secondly: You tried to publish classical music, this is not a problem but this kind of music have special and more strict guidelines then "normal" music.
We sent you an Info sheet explaining everything in depth so you can make the changes to fit those guidelines.
After your music matched those, we published your music within 24h.
I know it is frustrating to make edits on release etc. but we don't make the rules. Especially Apple Music is very strict with classical music and everything needs to be named exactly like they want.
But end good all good, your music is love now. Wish you good success with your music. :)
Its Scam, don't use this service
I payed for the premium service and now they decline all my releases, because they would are "too similar" and the stores wouldn't accept the songs. I uploaded them with another service and they accepted the songs directly, so its a lie that the stores don't accept them.
This looks like fraud, you pay for the service and have nothing, because they reject everything you upload.

we are not a scam for sure. Your music was one loop repeating over and over again. Please inform yourself about the Guidelines from music stores. Especially Apple is very strict.
If you upload more individual and more non generic music, we love to publish it. But we have to follow guidelines.
