Product is great and exactly as described! They seem to use very good quality moulds that ensure their products are well defined and appear just as shown on their listings. Delivery was fast and showed up way before the estimated time frame. Neatly packed too. Whole process was amazing!

Sinnovator makes great products and always delivers on quality and creativity! I have only gotten a few of their products and they are easily my favs. Their quality holds up, shipping times are all reasonable for the distance, and I've never needed to reach out about an issue.

Can't wait for the days where I can afford to support them more and enjoy their fantastic variety of products and experiences.

I live in the USA, and the products arrived surprisingly fast and performed admirably.

The replacement model is not as sturdy as the older ones, but it does seem to hold up well under use so far.

Brilliant pre sales advice, super quick delivery and excellent quality product. Largest depth trainer, perfect structure and design. Will absolutely buy more products, infact can't imagine buying from anywhere else from now on!

Shipping is super fast, even from overseas. Customer service is friendly, but clearly AI, which feels insulting. I had an issue with an order, and got a gift card, so I've now gotten multiple toys from this company. Quality is inconsistent- toys arrive dusty, my two orders have both been missing things. Trim on silicone is often messy. Surprisingly shoddy quality considering the way they talk about their toys and quality on their site. This, paired with the fact that they use AI for their correspondence makes me question how much effort is actually put into the company. There is an attention to detail missing. I would not pay full price for an item from this site and frankly, am not sure if their quality is trustworthy.

I absolutly do not know what is up with their support team, from all of these reviews, what I have seen online and their Contact Us page they seem to be responsive and quick,
yet after an email, and A WEEK LATER a filled out conact form, nothing. Radio Silence.
I have shipping/adress issues and cannot place the order, and I had a question about the color of a toy, yet neither of my questions are answered. I'm really disappointed, seeing as they make gorgeous looking toys...

Excellent products and costumer service, I needed help between Christmas Eve and new year's Eve, so no easy time but they did great.

The site was comprehensive and easy to use. I needed to make an amendment to my order on short notice, and I was promptly responded to. My only complaint would be that the order number tracker does not work, but there's a way around this so it's fine. Excellent service.

Fantastic company with stellar online help and glorious products. I placed an order and the reply was immediate. I had to cancel my order and the customer response was immediate asking if anything could be done to resolve the issue. Unfortunately the problem was on my end, but customer service was very helpful with my order. This company obviously has the welfare of the customer as their first priority, rather rare these days. I highly recommend this company for your sensual needs.
