Very nice customer service!
Apparently if there is a payment issue, someone will actually send out an email correspondence to figure out the problem and if there is anything they can do to help or make up for it—plus the service was nice! I can only hope that my item is as nice as the customer service lmao

I received the item I ordered, but in the wrong size. I wrote to ask what could be done about it and they immediately sent me a replacement in the correct size and let me keep the original item as well. Terrific service!

I’ve been purchasing Sinnovator products for quite a while now. It’s incredible that you can customise their products, which is an offering like no other. We’ve a few of their toys in our collection now and a few more on their way! Can’t wait to get my hands on them and give them a ride. There have been a couple times I’ve needed some assistance, and their customer service (via a mixture of Emma, Lillie and Lauren) has been flawless. What a great brand!

Great customer service
I recently ordered from their website and unfortunately the carrier took the liberty to use another local carrier to make the delivery and make me pay the VAT again. I contacted the customer service and they quickly helped me and even offered me a refund of the VAT i had to pay again. This bad experience was not even caused by Sinnovator so i would try again to order from them in the future.

Toys cause bodily injury
I bought a Dagon, and it arrived with several parts not cast properly, so the edges were rough. It was extremely uncomfortable to use and was causing injury. I gave them two opportunities to put it right and they refused because of their "policy". Customers' health is more important than policies. There are plenty of other brands which exercise proper QA, go for one of them.

The toys are great quality. They accidentally sent me the wrong size but they were very quick to send the correct one to me at no additional cost.

Had an error (totally on my part) happen and wrote to the customer support, they had me sorted out the next day via email and shipped my package then and there.
3 Days delivery from order day to received in my mailbox with all imports taken care of.

This was one of the most stressful…
This was one of the most stressful experiences I've ever had over the course of nearly two months. I ordered the commissioned toy for my friend no problem and emailed support if they had any questions about my order since it was passed the speedy shipping if they had any questions or if anything was unclear. I was told everything was good and it got shipped not long after that.
Problem was what was shipped looked nothing like the colors I gave, and to quote my friend who received it, looked like the top was like ruby slippers not something you want when getting a realistic toy.
So I emailed support about the issue and after waiting a few days was told a replacement would be completed and they'd go by the design colors I gave them in a updated email.
Probably was this led to constant emails and waiting until we finally got things to a agreed point since what I asked for was hard to do with the molding. I thought after me and support went through all that stress together and agreed on a design things were finally good to go. Mind you this went from late January when the original toy arrived into February.
The problem was a glitch apparently happened with the site and sent this toy that i went back and forth to get the details right with support over a month to another address and someone else got my toy.
Support did give me a refund and one more replacement but the replacement was not near the standard of the one I spent over a month going over the details for. Also it wasn't until March when this matter was done after my friend received the new toy.
I was going to give this company another chance but my friend, she was adamant that we wouldn't be doing business with this company again after all that trouble just to have someone else get the rewards of our my stress to get the details right.
While I did appreciate the support team I had a big issue with the constant waiting just to hear back from them, and would go almost three days without a update for the commissioned toy.
A big suggestion I have to help in the future is if someone emails you and has questions make sure the question is answered before shipping something out like a assembly line.
A big reason I say this is because I repeatedly had asked if I needed to update the address before the toy was shipped to someone else and I was told no they already had the address.
I hope they learn from that and can help make things better for their other and future customers. Sadly I can't say I'll be back for another toy, the experience and lack of clear communication and especially delays, nearly two full months was just awful.
