Help with concerns
I had purchased one of their toys from someone second hand and encountered odors upon receiving the toy. I decided to write to Sinnovator for help, knowing they didn't have to help because I didn't buy directly from them. They instead wrote back soon after giving me helpful tips and suggestions I could try using to remove the odors. They were super helpful and I regret not buying from them directly, but I am glad they were able to help me! I would 100% recommend.
