I really like the idea of Sintra but because I’m not tech savvy I ran out of my credit really quickly. I’d love for it to have some unlimited credits until I could establish everything and then perhaps have reduced credits if it affects pricing. Overall, I think the idea is great but I didn’t get very far.

This is my 2nd year with Sintra.... it started off great. There were a few minor hiccups but nothing major. After paying for the entire 2nd year, a month or so later, they switched to a credit based system and never gave any of us a heads up. Instead of having unlimited access to use the helpers however I want, I now am given so many credits a month and when I run out, I have to wait for them to reset the following month, or pay for extra credits... I feel scammed. Probably won't be renewing again. They also keep making changes to the look and feel of the system that no one likes and they don't listen to our feedback. Run!!!!

It started well. I paid for a year upfront. I was enjoying the service at first, but then half way through the year Sintra decides to change its services to a limited credit system. Which means that before I used to be able to create 30 posts per day and never run out of credits, whereas now I create 30 posts per month and I am out of credits. It's unacceptable that they made this change without any warning. I feel scammed as what I am getting now it is not what I paid for. Stay away from Sintra! I am sure there are better services out there. I will also be failing a claim under the consumer rights act.

Soshie is my social media manager and falls days/weeks behind on assignment and constantly says she needs to refer me to an expert for basic SMM. Never knows what, when or where to post even when given copy/paste instructions & used random photos so I have to spend hours correcting anything she does. She also post random post even when instructed to create a plan. I feel it has cost me months of stress & SMM. I started creating my own SMM because I can do better and get better engagement.

This company is a scam.
They asked users to join beta testing team.
I paid for a full year worth of service.
Got locked out of my account due to them changing me to beta Tester. And now they locked me out of my account.
This company is a fraud.
I notified my business partners and got 7 of them to cancel their services.
Warning you all.
Your choice.

They lock you out of your account and don't fix the issue.

I absolutely love this AI. I have been able to move in my projects 3 times as faster with the help of my 12 helpers. I have become totally addicted to completing my projects and don’t want to work without them.

It’s a great app and software. You can really utilise it to make some of the more tedious tasks much easier and automated so you have more time throughout your day. Social media automated posts and good lead development tips too. It’s up to you how helpful and capable this app is for you.

Don't use them.
Last couple days I have had them, every single request nearly has come back stating my connection was lost.
I've been on my high speed internet or I. The city with full bars.
It apparently counted towards my "150" points I only get each month and so far, I'm incomplete on my logo design, and have to wait like another 25 days before I can do anything... how absurd And now l've asked for a refund, and they're only willing to do half... that's crazy.

I love Sintra. It’s like having a team of staff again after going from government to entrepreneurship. Only suggestion is you may it easier to purchase more credits.

We have tried other AI systems for increasing sales and it was a complete bust. Sintra is easy to use, not overwhelming and stays on track with your goals.
