Amazing customer service
Nikki in customer services was an absolute pleasure to speak to, despite a hiccup on the delivery firms fault she did everything she could to ensure my product (a Christmas present) was returned and a new one got to me in time for Christmas! The Service Engineers were great, knowledgeable, helpful and did more than they were contracted to do, and left us all clean and tidy. Great service from all at SIP
