The company lost my sample and won't refund.

The company lost my sample. They gave no comfort about any potential HIPPAA/privacy issues, and their explanation of what happened did not track with what their portal was saying. Their only offer was to send a replacement kit, not an extra, just a replacement. I was also refused a refund to cancel the remaining term of my subscription.

Losing a sample is understandably frustrating. When a shipment issue occurs with the courier, we work to trace the package, and if it cannot be recovered, the sample is safely disposed of according to strict medical and privacy handling standards. In those situations, we send a replacement kit so the testing can be completed.

Interesting data but analysis takes way too long.

I really value the insights Siphox Health provides, but the current processing times are a significant hurdle. I recently waited over a month for results from a January blood draw. In an era of instant data, this delay makes it difficult to rely on the service for timely health tracking. I'd love to stay a loyal customer, but faster turnaround times are essential for this to remain a viable tool for me.

Easy draw method is easy

So far I am very happy with my experience. The call with Emilija to do the easy draw blood collection was so helpful. She was calm and patient and explained each step clearly. I am looking forward to my test results.

Thorough and professional

Pika, my health consultant, was phenomenal. She kept things in perspective, she was calm and professional, yet encouraged me in areas where I can improve. She didn't rush the call at all, either, which seems to happen most of the time with medical professionals. She provided a very solid action plan that I feel is attainable. I plan on scheduling another appointment with her in the next two months.

Best blood draw ever!

I'm horrible, I can't remember my person's name. But she was amazing! She made it easy and let me do what I needed to do to not freak out ie pacing back and forward while using the warming pad. It really didn't hurt! I was so surprised! Can't wait to see what my blood work looks like.

Patience Led to Success

Una was very patient with me when I couldn't access my camera. I even got off the call and got back on with no success. As she was attempting to suggest another step, I found a little button that turned it on. I was excited like a child. We both got a good laugh out of my computer challenges. Una took me step by step in such a kind way to get the proper bloodwork.

So simple and quick!

Marija made this so easy to do! I was a little intimidated when I first received the kit but she made it so easy and quick. Absolutely everything you needed (down to the pen to complete the identification card) was included in the kit. Very excited to get my results!
