Price and efficient service and delivery. Like the personalized tea profile. Being able to rate your monthly box. Love the variety of teas in each monthly box.

I look forward to my packages every month because I know that SipsBy will take my tastes into preference and give me fun new teas to try! I completely trust them with their flavor pairings, and I've never had a tea that I disliked, even if it maybe wouldn't be my first choice.

Good mix of teas and their customers services/review box section pay attention when you request changes. Great if you want to try unique and often smaller brand teas. Their tea advent calendar is fun and fully of variety too. They can be a little price on some items but they have enough discount codes to balance it.

The tea was very good this month. Chai is my fav. They were all warm and cozy teas.

I love all of the products I receive from Sips by. Fast delivery and great quality.

I love the variety of teas. They are styles that I am excited to try because I know I love them or because I want to try them! The teas you send match my tea profile and trying new teas makes my morning a lot more fun.

I like the variety of teas I get every month, never had a repeat, and all with great quality. The quantity I get for the affordable price is a good value in my opinion, especially since I like to explore teas without having to commit to larger quantities. I've been subscribed for years already and haven't been disappointed yet.

I have been a satisfied customer of this company for almost 5 years now. I started my Sips by subscription back in late 2018, and I look forward to seeing that little box in my mailbox every month. And the folks who run this company are passionate about what they do, and so friendly, too! At the end of last year they started hosting weekly Zoom tea parties so they could get to know their customers better, and their customers could get to know who they are and learn more about tea. By doing so, they've gone beyond being just a company, they've created a community of tea lovers.

They are the pioneers of tea subscriptions! Getting my SipsBy box is always the highlight of the start of the month!

What a huge tea selection they have. The quiz can be as simple or in depth as you want it to be. Easy to start and stop the monthly subscription box. Can by individual teas. They are very knowledgeable about teas! I can't say enough wonderful things about Sips By!!

Teas are perfectly curated to your specific tastes. These folks take a lot of time to do what they do and adjust as you give feedback. Pretty awesome. Been a subscriber for 2 years and will continue to subscribe.

My box came quickly and had a great variety of tea samples, all of which were new to me. I love this!

April 2023 box was my favorite so far! I enjoyed all teas, especially the bagged, green and black bold flavored teas. I do enjoy the variety and Sips knows I'm not a floral or herbal fan.
