I love the types of tea I receive

I love the types of tea I receive each month. The flavors of each tea is a great experience. I love to have a warm cup of tea while reading a good book anytime I me of the day or evening.

Awesome subscription!!

This is a great tea subscription!! I can't wait every month for my box to arrive! They listen to the kinds of teas you like and they get it right on every month!! This is a great gift for any tea lover!

Best Tea Experience for Lover of Tea!

As a beginner tea drinker, this box has given the best experience to try new teas that I never knew existed! I can easily change my preferences in their personalized quiz to give me a change of teas the next month, or whenever I feel like switching it up. I also love sharing my teas with friends and family that I think they may enjoy!

In recent days, I've noticed it's also been a lot easier to find and shop for teas that I rated highly. And, I love the different sales they announce for us!

Regret for doing business with this company

All contact is done online...no phone number...lousy customer service! I tried to redeem 3-month gift card and instead have now been billed for the second month, with no response to any of my emails requesting correction. Do not order from this company!!!

Scant amount of tea, shady business

Received a gift subscription from my daughter for Christmas… well I had to input my credit card info for an auto renewal in order to redeem my gift… very shady. My first month’s tea came today and was ridiculous 2 green tea bags, 4 earl grey tea bags (which I specifically said I don’t like when I filled out my questions seeking my preferences, two very tiny bags of loose teas and 7 disposable tea bags for the 7 cups worth of loose teas. A total of maybe $3 worth of merchandise which the company values at $16. Avoid this rip off!

The most awful customer service!

The most awful customer service!
They never returned my money! I had a one year subscription. I asked them to stop sending me the awful tea after 3 boxes.
They are con artists, they buy old expired tea, put random tea pages in a box and ship it.
The worst experience
I do NOT recommend them!

We went online and ordered a 3-month subsciption - and was shocked when I got an email saying the shipping was $45 for a box of tea that is $48! And when I signed in to my profile there was no subscription listed, so all I am getting is ONE box of tea for nearly $100! What a waste of money. Be CAREFUL what you buy .... I am hoping my issues will be somewhat resolved, but doubt it, there is no contact detail - just an email, no-one you can actually talk to. In future I will check for contact nubmers on ALL websites. If contact is by email only, I will not order.

Fraudulent company

I received an offer through my phone carrier for a free sample box of tea by sips by. My boyfriend is a tea drinker so I thought we’d try it out. He wasn’t impressed and felt the tea would have otherwise been over priced. When signing up, they ask for a card number so I gave one that was a temporary card that expired shortly after accepting this offer. At the time I was not aware I was signing up for a subscription, and thought I would be receiving a sample box. Fast forward the following month, after not being able to process my card, the company somehow got my PayPal information and charged my account! I absolutely never gave them my PayPal information and can’t imagine where they got it from. I made a complaint with support (Katie) and even with explaining this fraud they refuse to give me a refund. Worse I feel my identity was violated. Do not use this company.

Gift subscription? Hardly!

I was given a gift subscription that I was unable to redeem in 2020, because I refused to give sipsby my credit card number. The gift giver tried to intervene and Katie emailed me instructions on how to bypass the credit card requirement. The instructions did not work. She sent another set of instructions, they failed to work. It is now 2022 and the gift giver has reached out to Katie once again to help. This has been way too difficult. Gifts should not require credit card info nor should this process be so complex.

I received a gift for a 3 month…

I received a gift for a 3 month subscription for my birthday in October 2021. I thought it unusual that I had to add my credit card information in order to redeem my gift. I received my October, November and December gift boxes. I received an email in January that my new box was on its way. When I tried to cancel the order and stop the subscription, I was told it was too late and was charged $16. During email conversations with Katie, she said to put RETURN TO SENDER and mail it back if I wanted a refund. That was over 2 months ago and no credit or response to my emails. I have never dealt with a company that requires a credit card to redeem a gift subscription. This is an unfair business practice.

Zero stars - Stay away from this terrible site

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Don't waste your time or money here. They are misleading about their products and the gift code. Their website is so poorly designed and does not function properly. I am frustrated, disgusted and annoyed that I have had to spend so much time with "customer service" only to find they had misled myself and the rest of their customer. Stay away from this one.

I am writing as a very disappointed and…

I am writing as a very disappointed and dissatisfied current customer.
I tried to send a 3month gift subscription as a gift to a friend. Had troubles with the whole online ordering process and inadvertently was double charged for the subscription. My friend never received the email notification that she had a gift to claim.
I left a number of emails, VM, even IM messages since before Christmas trying to resolve this.
NO one responded!!!
My friend never received the intended gift!
I will have to stop the payment on my credit card!
Too bad, because I really like the variety of teas that I got as a 6month gift from a friend.
Because of the lack of customer care and responsiveness, I will never recommend Sips by to any of my friends!

Love this company…wonderful product and service

Love this company…the variety of teas chosen for me from my preferences have been a wonderful monthly surprise! They
always line up with what I like.
I’ve contacted Sipsby a few times with questions, and they were prompt with a friendly response.
I love that I can review each tea I get, which is then noted by Sipsby.
Will definitely be gifting Sipsby for the holidays!

Love my tea subscription

Love my tea subscription. I use it nearly every day and its a great way to either start my morning or end my night. I can see myself continuing with the subscription indefinitely, as theres no reason for me to discontinue. Love it!
