A nice promotional discount on top of a solid price ~ for a bourbon I've been looking for ~ is very appealing. The ease of the website makes it better than heading down to your local liquor store.

Random cancellation of order

Ordered a rare release of a single malt scotch. Then three weeks later got an email stating that I had canceled my order and they were not yet refunding my money. No response to the emails that I sent requesting information as to when said cancellation had been sent. Overall terrible experience if I could go lower than one star I would.
