Siraat is a company with integrity!
When I received my pizza steel I was so excited to start using it. When I rinsed it I noticed the steel integrated handle had a deformed part that was sharp, making it unsafe to use. I contacted the company, took a couple of pictures to show the issue, and they immediately put a replacement pizza steel into the system for delivery to me with no extra charges and no hassle. I received my second pan, which is perfect, and started using it right away. It is a nice weight steel that isn't too heavy nor is it a flimsy one. It is a great pan I'm very happy to have in my kitchen!

I was surprised with how quickly Siraat responded to my email; they were attentive to my relatively minor concern/question, and it was clear they were willing to work toward resolution to ensure I am completely happy with my purchase. Scammers who know how to play the system.
Seen on Facebook. Ordered at 21:32 on a Saturday night. Then read the reviews. Emailed to cancel order at 00:35 Sunday morning. Got a quick reply to say their cancellation policy ended 1 hour after ordering confirming they are exactly behaving like the one star reviews. It’s not like they’ve asked a bespoke cake I’ve ordered it’s a drop shipping pan that they have hardly posted in a few hours. Kants of the highest order. Their policy’s don’t align with UK law and hopefully my barclaycard will be some defence. They even have a policy you can’t reject the order. Shameful.

The delivery process was horrible
The delivery process was horrible. For two weeks as I tried to track my package it just said there was no information. This quite frankly made me think that I had been ripped off. I will say that Jen in customer service was very helpful answering my inquiries. They used some unknown delivery service GoFo of something like that. When the delivery occurred, the package was thrown (I heard it land) onto our walkway a good 25 feet from the front porch left out in plain sight to be stolen, if, we were not at home when we arrived. I think I would probably not purchase from them again as they are in the Netherlands. we have only used the product once to date, so the quality remains to be determined.

First time experience with Titanium wok
The 30cm size strikes the perfect balance — substantial enough to stay stable during use without tipping over. While food does tend to stick to the sides of the wok during the initial seasoning process (heating and oiling before first use), it remains relatively easy to clean afterward.
One question I have is about washing the wok immediately after cooking — if I need to reuse it for another dish right away, would rinsing it while it's still hot cause any damage?

Regarding your question, we would recommend allowing the wok to cool slightly before rinsing. Washing it while it is extremely hot (especially with cold water) may cause thermal stress over time. A brief cooling period followed by warm water cleaning is the best approach if you plan to reuse it shortly after.

I was amazed how good this pan is. I cooked a frittata and it did not stick. Washing it was simple too. No scrubbing off residue. Just a quick rotation of my dish brush and it was clean.

It seems to be a dropshipping site. Identical pans for 30$ area available if you look on Amazon. Otherwise, returns are next to impossible if you haven't opened the package as they expect pictures of the pans before returning. Recommend our place or something better and reliable.

Absolutely horrendous
This is absolutely the worst pans I've ever experienced after preparing it exactly how it stated, everything stuck to it, could not get the marks off the pan tried contacting the company several times to get the same email to send them photos of the problem, when I did that they would just keep on sending you the same email over and over again to make it look like they were responding to you, paid over €250 for these pans, need to report this company for scamming customers money, tried the 2nd pan with the exact same instructions as they stated and the same thing happened and the smell of burning off them was shocking, do not, do not buy from these, I think some of these reviews are actually fake, I will be reporting them.

I believe they may have fewer potential toxins. However while the pans seem good, although I still find food sticks, I really do not like the utensils I bought subsequently. They are not pleasing to the eye and I found they were stained when I took them out of the dishwasher.When I received them (bought on Feb 24th) there was no order number. It seems to return them I need an order number. Jen at customer services gave me a number to use, which was not recognised. I have since emailed them to that effect but have received no answer.
