Sad and disappointed

Took ages to receive my order… And after seeing instructions that they are exactly the same as if you would use standard stainless steel pan I decided to return my order immediately.
Paid for the return… Got an email on the 31st of March (almost two weeks ago) that they got my order back and that they are checking it…. Almost two weeks and no money back … When I sent an email with simple question as to when I can expect my money back.. I got an email with return delivery label and request for return…. What kind of customer service is that? I’m so annoyed…

Customer Service Update

5/2/26-I wanted to offer an update following my initial review. Following the posting of my initial review, the company did reach out to me via email, and have since replaced the pan. I can’t speak more specifically regarding the quality, as the first pan did scratch, and in order to get a bad replacement I had to leave a bad review, and we haven’t used the pans long enough to see how they will hold up long term, but I feel more hopeful at this time.

Do not purchase merchandise from this company, they misrepresent themselves and the quality of their products. They also do not adhere to their refund policies. I’ve had my pans for about 3 weeks now and one of them scratched (advertised not too). I wrote to them and asked them for a replacement or refund, they asked for photos, I sent the photos, they then indicated that they thought the scratches were actually “food residue” which they were clearly not. They offered some cleaning suggestions and asked for additional photos, I haven’t heard from them since, and haven’t received a replacement or a refund. Quite honestly I think the responses received via email are AI generated, I’m not even sure you’re interacting with a person. Definitely stay away from this company.

Beautiful pans, great marketing, poor performance. Pans stick. Thin poor quality base means they burn food too easily. Mine is in the bin.

I haven't used any Siraat products so this is not a rating of any of that. I placed an order by mistake and reached out to customer service explaining my situation. Refund policy on Used Products

I purchased the Titanium Hammered Pan Pro on March 16. On the third use, the pan started sticking and it made it more difficult to clean. The pan did not live up to my expectations. I read their refund policy on Used Products and it clearly states, "If you’ve been using the product and feel it’s not performing as expected, reach out to our team. We may ask for a few photos so we can understand the issue and help you get the best results. In many cases, a small adjustment in technique makes all the difference." I contacted support on April 4th, sent pictures of the pan. They gave me some suggestions on how to clean with vinegar and baking soda from all the sticking. I had to scrape the pan three times over before everything cleaned out. The claim it is non-stick is not true, I had to keep scraping the food. The pan did not live up to my expectations, after about 21 emails back and forth, they refused to provide a refund. The policy clearly states if it does not live up to your expectations however support refused to provide; as support responded that they do not provide refunds on used products. How can one tell if it lived up to expectations without using it? This does not make sense at all. If that is the case, it should be clearly stated in the refund policy.
Plus, their response began to sound robotic, impersonal, the same message over and over again how they are sorry and not able to provide a refund. I am totally disappointed with the company and their level of support.

Probably The Last Pans We Will Have To Purchase

My wife and I have gone through many different pans. Teflon coated ceramic coated, all claimed to be nonstick. All failed, used the pans according to manufacture instructions and food still stuck. Also the coatings eventually separated from the pan. These hammered Titanium pans from Siraat have been the best we have owned yet. We suspect they will be the last pans we ever have to purchase. No coating to have to worry about coming off and contaminating the food or risking our health. The food does not stick, able to make my eggs over easy without any problems. Plus they are easy to clean.
The customer service is one of the best I have delt with in many years. The crepe pan that we purchased had a small issue. The handle was a little loose where it is riveted to the pan. I reached out to customer service be email and they responded immediately. After a small back and forth they resolved the issue to my liking.

Seduced by Siraat's marketing (Updated)

Seduced by Siraat's marketing, I bought one of their expensive frying pans. Now I may be at fault, but as a non-stick pan I find it an abject failure - almost everything sticks. Beautiful and clearly very well made, yes, but I could buy several non-stick pans at the supermarket for the cost of this one.
Following my review above, the company contacted me and as the pan had a fault, then chose to replace it free of charge. First class customer service - I am a happy bunny - thank you !

So disappointed in these pans

So disappointed in these pans. I genuinely was excited to get them and they took a while to be delivered, and then when I used them they are NOT NON STICK. They stick and you have to scrub for ages to get it off the pan. This is such false advertising. I will be requesting a refund. This product is not as described.
