I ordered a small and large pan for my mother. She is elderly 86 in fact and needs a light weight non stick pan.
when the pans arrived we carefully unwrapped them and my mother concluded they were not for her. slippery handle and to heavy. I contacted customer service as the pans are advertised as returnable if not used... and they asked for photos of the pans. i sent these immediately sent straight out the box all with the original wrapping. Unfortunately the customer service team then stopped answering my emails, two weeks have now passed and supplied no return information for us, they also do not have a phone number. I hope someone at Siraat reads this / resolves the return and refund and i am able to change this review to a positive one. i know all companies have issues but this feels like false advertising.

I was concerned so I emailed them. They promptly replied. Found the issue, told me about it. The goods arrived shortly afterwards. Honestly, what more could one ask for.

Purchased the 30cm Titanium Frying pan. Really happy with the product. Once you follow the process of heating and using a Titanium pan then you will be satified.

First this is an excellent product. I am so happy to throw away my old Teflon pans and replace with the new titanium ones. They disperse the heat very well, are non stick and are easy to clean. I love my new frypans.

Shipping took two weeks I think more due to Royal Mail but the frying pan itself is brilliant!

Awesome pan and peace of mind that I am not ingesting bits of toxins when I cook. Nice looking pan too!

This company is apparently a complete scam-- and I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews on Trustpilot before I purchased this pan. Food sticks, instantly. I tried several times, having watched all the videos, done the "water test," the "shimmering oil," etc. Nothing worked. The pan is cheaply designed and not at all nonstick. Totally false advertising. Also false? The return policy. The website states that they have a 100 day trial period-- "use it, cook with it, see the difference for yourself. If it's not for you, we'll take it back. No complicated process." WELL, that's not true. they refused my return after requesting photos. The pan is spotless (I only used it four times on an induction stovetop). Not only is it a complicated return process, but apparently they don't offer this trial period at all. It's just a slick internet company selling trash-worthy pans at inflated prices. I fell for it. I initiated a charge-back on my credit card. We'll see what happens. Definitely will check trustpilot in the future. -- by the way-- if customer service responds below-- THEY ARE LYING. The customer service is a runaround. As you can see from reading other reviews from people who have had a similar experience, there is no resolution available.

UPDATE: After I published this review, I continued to correspond with the company to try to return the pan. There were something like twenty emails back and forth, in which the company shamefully and flagrantly misrepresented their return policy (the "trial period" is actually, to them, a period of "coaching and email support," and not a meaningful "trial" in which one of the outcomes can be that you return the item because it failed the trial). Before the chargeback process was complete, the company saw my trustpilot review and gave me a complete refund. They have emailed me twice now to ask that I update my review to reflect the "final outcome." Here's the update. I would encourage the company to actually change the return policy page on their website to make it clear that they don't accept returns of used items, and that the 100 day trial period doesn't exist in any meaningful, plain-language way. They are selling a product at a high comparative price. I encourage Siraat to be a more responsible and professional company. Stand by your plain language terms. If you say stand by your product, stand by your trial period.

A much appreciated gift.
A gift for my daughter who loves to cook, but was complaining of food sticking to cookware products, and non-stick pans losing their coatings. This has now become a past grumble, having a wonderful cooking experience. To quote my daughter,' I can't wait to finish work, and go home to cook. This pan has made such a difference to my cooking experience, and taste to the food. Thank you both. Mum and Siriaat.' Unquote. Nothing more to add, except ,thank you Siriaat, for allowing me to discover your wares, and pass on to my appreciative daughter. 10/10!

The authenticity of the products - I ordered the Titanium Hammered Complete Edition x 1. I was quite excited about the Titanium Hammered Crepe Pan Pro, I have always wanted one.

We definitely got a lot of value, and quality, exactly as promised. The Deep Pan Pro is my 'go to' favourite because I like to cook big meals, but I suspect I may grow to like the Standard Pan Pro more over time.

In addition to the authenticity, the sizes of the pans are fantastic. They are handmade! We noticed food cooks quicker, and tastes so much better.

I must add, the excellent customer service is reassuringly prompt, and human!

I had bought a product and ended up returning it, however there customer service was excellent especially Hannah. She responded very fast and was very kind. I would definitely buy from them again.

To make it simple, Siraat kitchen deserves this 5 star review. After hours of research I settled on Siraat to purchase long-lasting and non-toxic cookware. I experienced lightning fast responses to emails with questions on shipping updates. Everything arrived expertly packaged. Also, thank you to their company for offering epic sales on such high quality products so I felt comfortable testing out titanium cookware for the first time. I can’t wait to start using these gorgeous pans!

Hannah the Customer Service Agent was quick to respond to my email queries and was able to answer my questions. In terms of the two pans we ordered it is too soon to comment. Cooking with Titanium pans is totally different from using Teflon coated pans and we will have to adjust to a new way of cooking.
