I am contacting you to formally thank you for everything you have done to make the above project a reality for both Eskdale School, us as the Borough Council and the community of Whitby.

As we have discussed on several occasions this project has been challenging for us all at certain points in the process. From locating a site, putting the funding package together, gaining planning consent, having a false start with another contractor to dealing with the infamous Yorkshire Coast weather and everything a winter build brings, all of us have risen to the challenge and delivered an excellent scheme.

One aspect that has been consistent since SIS Pitches became involved in the project is your high levels of quality, communication, ability to adapt, patience and ultimately your professionalism and quality of service. This scheme was at severe risk when we had our false start pre-meeting and without your understanding and ‘can do’ attitude I don’t think this scheme would have been deliverable, so we really appreciate that from you.

I know I have worked with some of you before on other schemes, but just to clarify it has been a pleasure to work alongside you all on this project, and I’ve certainly learnt a great deal from you all and your professionalism has made the build phase as efficient as possible; despite the wind, rain, snow, mud, water pipes, unidentified trees, etc. From the initial project salvation from Stephen and Paul B to the onsite expertise from Jon, Scott and Paul H you guys have been amazing and I can’t thank you enough for what you have produced. Your quality of work, attention to detail (bordering on OCD at some points) and your pride in what you do has made the build phase and pitch installation relatively stress free. Like I said at the handover meeting I’m going to miss our regular Friday morning catch ups onsite that you always accommodated, as they were really useful and informative for me to understand what stage we were at with the build and communicate this to others involved in the project.

Ultimately you have provided us with a facility that everyone involved can be proud of, and the pitch will ensure the development of football in the district for years to come (as long as pitch maintenance and rules are maintained!) as well as assisting with the drive to increase active participation, and all the benefits that brings to physical and mental wellbeing.

Hopefully in the Summer we will be able to hold an official pitch opening event for the community to showcase the facility, and we will obviously invite you to recognise the integral part you played in the project; I may even treat you to a fat free burger from Annie’s!

Thanks again for all your dedication, enthusiasm and professionalism and I hope to work with you again in the future on other pitch related projects.

Claremont Stadium Club Navan, are delighted to provide a testimonial for the excellent and great service provided by SIS Pitches whilst installing our new eight lane 400m athletic track to replace our old track of 20 years.
This refurbishment was a necessity and with a large community of sports people making use of the facility it was a case of now or never. We are immensely inspired and impressed that the community around us have shown their support and generosity in this massive undertaking.
The revamped athletic track provides a huge opportunity for many individuals and small groups to get out and exercise. We know that in the future there will be many schools eager to hold their sports days on the new track. And we look forward to witnessing many Athletics Ireland, training courses and events here in the future. The startling blue colour is getting plenty of comments and bringing smiles to faces.

The team at SIS was a pleasure to work with, from Quotation to Finished product they kept us informed of the progress of the installation from start to finish. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The team worked to a very high professional standard and despite Covid 19 they adhered to their promised schedule. Mark and Darren were very professional and always available during the whole project which took 2 months and was completed to an excellent standard with IFAA certification to boost.
We hope to have the change to work with SIS for future projects and have no problem recommending them to others.
Finally we would like to say thank you to the SIS team for making this goal a reality.

I have seen the entire construction process ... I have no doubts that this field is up to the best in the world!

SIS have a very good team, and people. They have the last tecnologi to work in the pitch ( machines- laser- tractor- tippers ).
The proyect in River was done in time,fulfilling all the goals.

SIS Pitches were a pleasure to work with. The fact they owned the whole project both sourcing solutions for some of the added value elements (e.g. video analysis, digital scoreboards, bespoke dugouts etc..) and equally managing the relationship with the different contractors meant they did offer a one stop shop solution to the whole project. Their commitment to being solution focussed for the client meant it felt more like a partnership project.

SIS successfully delivered the sports pitch complex (including hockey, netball and football pitches plus an athletics area) for my Clients in time for the start of academic year in September 2020. This was in spite of an extremely wet winter which saw standing water on the site and then the onset of the Covid-19 lockdown period which suspended works for over a month. Despite these obstacles, the SIS team worked extremely hard through the summer period to keep the build on programme and to deliver a high quality set of pitches. They also worked effectively and flexibly with a separate Main Contractor who commenced the construction of a sports pavilion on the site whilst SIS were in the final weeks of their construction programme. My Clients are very happy with the overall quality of the pitches.

This top of the range Waterbased astro turf was laid last summer at Loughborough University and was immediately taken to by all the players. It played quickly, with decent cushioning and sure footedness right from day 1 allowing us to adapt to it straight away.
This has continued throughout the season and still plays as if it were new.
It is a favourite among all types of players from Club to International.

Having never undertaken a project like this before we cannot thanks SIS enough.
From the first contact SIS were very helpful and guided us though the whole installment from start to finish without a single hitch.
We are very pleased with our new pitch which they have provided and the members / kids love it.

The 4G Rugby Playing surface that we train and play on has been a significant point of difference for us at Loughborough University. The high tempo brand of rugby that we strive to play has been more possible with this surface. Its quality has also been utilised by many senior premiership clubs and international Age Grade squads.

From the beginning Sis have been great in every possible way since the constructions of our new hybrid and artificial surfaces. The hybrid really is fantastic and with us having so many games on, it really shows how durable and consistent it plays, we have nothing but great feedback from our students and all external bodies that want to use our facilities.

The pitch is excellent to play on - quick, with a nice bit of bounce that allows the advanced skills to show themselves.
From design to installation they are adaptable and delivered what we wanted and when we wanted it.

Brilliant Job , many thanks to Scott and his remarkable team who did a remarkable job. Special comment to the the Polish chaps whose work ethic was incredible .Would def recommend SIS to anybody looking for a new pitch

We have a range of pitches here at Loughborough University that have been installed by SIS pitches.
My experience of working with the SIS Installation team is one of professionalism and competence at all levels with good communication throughout the build period. The normal snagging process is always a short one as the SIS engineers have usually spotted and rectified any problems long before the pitch handover to us.
Similarly, SIS Pitches offer comprehensive advice and support with regard to all aspects of maintenance, from recommended equipment to frequency of brushing etc. And access to the SIS maintenance portal is invaluable to record all of our maintenance work across every facility.
Finally, the feedback from all of our users is first rate. Whether it be hockey or rugby players, elite footballers or recreational sports persons at all levels, they are all hugely impressed with the surfaces they play on. The words that come back from them are, 'high quality, consistency of roll/bounce of the ball, and longevity of those first class features'. Our students in particular are very proud of the pitches that are available for them to use for training and matches.

SIS has provided our programme with world class surfaces on which to play on. This has helped both with performance and an ability to play in a style that matches our philosophy. It has also helped with our recruitment of players who have been used to playing at a high level in incredible facilities.

Our SIS pitches have also allowed us to cater for other professional clubs to use for games and training and has helped us to become the home of the Premier Leagues youth festival and tournament programme.
