I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this platform was so frustrating and disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others.

From the very beginning, the service was nothing short of a disaster. The platform is poorly designed, riddled with bugs, and painfully slow to use. Even basic functions either don’t work or are so inconsistent that it’s impossible to rely on them.

Customer support? Practically non-existent. It takes days—sometimes over a week—to get a reply, and when you finally do, it’s usually a copy-paste response that doesn’t address your issue at all. There’s zero accountability, and it's clear they don’t prioritize user satisfaction.

To make matters worse, the platform makes promises it can’t deliver on. Whether it’s guaranteed features, delivery times, or customer satisfaction, every claim feels like false advertising. It’s hard to believe this service is still operating with such low standards.

Overall, this was an incredibly poor experience. I lost time, money, and a lot of patience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this platform to look elsewhere. There are far better alternatives that actually value their users.

You would be surprised by how slow their customer support is...

The customer support is poor.

They will tell you to wait and wait and then some more wait.

I have raised multiple tickets and haven't been resolved. Forget resolving, they have not even acknowledged the ticket.

I was about to buy the 3-year plan but thank god I took the one-month plan only.

Don't waste your time on this.

Terrible Uptime & Frequent Downtime

They claim "99.9% uptime" but in reality, my website was down almost every single day — sometimes for 10 minutes, sometimes for hours.
When I contacted support, they had no clue why. No logs, no proper response — just "we're checking" and nothing fixed.

Very Poor Support and Frequent Downtime – Not Recommended

I have been using SiteCountry hosting for a year now, and I’d like to share my honest experience. Almost every week, 4 to 5 times, all of my hosted websites go down without any notice. When I reach out to live support, they talk for a few minutes and then tell me to raise a support ticket. Once the ticket is raised, no one replies for days.

You keep waiting, hoping that someone will respond and solve your issue — but it never happens. Sometimes you wait for 1 to 2 days without any proper response or resolution. If you again try to talk to live support, they will just apologize and say “Your issue will be resolved soon,” but nothing actually happens.

If you are planning to take their hosting just because it's cheaper, you can go ahead, but never expect good support from them. Their service is unreliable, and customer care is extremely poor. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend SiteCountry to anyone looking for reliable hosting and proper support.
