If you want to be scammed don't hesitate to buy here. There is no client service (just an useless bot), they work with the worst shipping company of the country and your purchase will just "dissapear".

I would stay away from ordering from this company. Their returns policy is non existent. They do not care whether your goods are received or not or the state in which they are received. When you complain, you do not get any assistance to resolve the situation.

I'm in the UK so was a little dubious about ordering from SVD, being based in Spain and completely unfamiliar to me, but they just so happened to be the only store I could find stocking a particular pair of shoes I was after in my size. I needn't have been so dubious as the service was fantastic - they were shipped the same day and safely arrived with me in the UK 2 working days later. Very impressed with SVD - thank you.

Good webshop. Customer service is friendly, fast and helpful. My lost package was dealt with within a week. Refund is on it’s way.

UFFF I was about to order but after seeing the reviews "fake shoes" and " returns" I can buy the same FAKE stuff on Aliexpress at half price and sell it with profit like they do. Check the webpage for Returns " Return with a shipping service of your choice" and this is all information you can get.

After a very torrid experience with ASOS, I ordered my trainers from SVD and was a bit wary as they are based in Spain. I had no reason to be, although it took a few days to be shipped they were at my door within 24 hours. Superb communication and value for money.

Avoid SVD at all cost! They sent me the wrong size shoes - men's size instead of my correct size. To add insult to injury, I had to pay for return postage myself. And getting a refund was a struggle. They paid me in installment after I repeatedly emailed them and still claimed they'd refunded me in full. Simple math seemed to elude them. They ignored my email. Don't fall into their trap. Poor customer service and unprofessional. Save your money and time, and shop elsewhere.

It is always a pleasure for me to buy from SVD. The selection of various designers and the associated sourcing of the right components are also key reasons for choosing this company. Both the customer service and the shipping are excellent and highly recommendable. For this reason, I remain a loyal customer.

Same story, you cant take 3 or 4 days just to prepare the shipment in 2025, theres plenty of stores who get you delivery in 24/48h. It took me an entire week to get my shoes, it took the Store more time to prepare it than the courier take to get the shipment delivered from Spain to Portugal. Unacceptable. Sivasdescalzo get your sh*t straight or you will lose costumers and liability.

Great shop, but after cancelling my order within 24 hours I was told I could not cancel anymore. Then like 5 days later I got a message the sneakers were packed and would be sent.
I was not able to refuse the package at my door, so I paid 7 euros to ship it to me and then 12 euros to send it back. I think this easily could have been cancelled…

The shop is well stocked. I even found the right size for the shoes which I nowhere could find. Very happy. The delivery was quick and the shipping fee reasonable.
