Very long shipping times, non-existent customer service. Purchase is difficult and unpleasant for a buyer

I ordered a pair of Adidas Gazelle Indoor from SVD and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The shoes arrived in perfect condition and within the expected timeframe.

What really stood out was the great communication: the seller was very responsive via email, keeping me informed at every step of the shipping process — even proactively letting me know about possible delays due to a bank holiday (which, in the end, didn’t cause any issue).

A truly professional and smooth experience. I’ll definitely shop again!

I have bought some shoes and received them in time. unfortunately I chosse the wrong size. I sent them back to svd and I had money back.

SVD is one of my favorite online stores, mainly because of their range of products, loyalty program, customer care - with back to back status about my orders - and delivery speed to Portugal - 2 to 3 days, tops.

The product (New Balance 993 sneaker) is legit and I was impressed by how they handle return and exchange. I returned my purchase twice because of sizing issue and the processing time was so quick and efficient. No questions asked on their side, just action!

I am a regular customer but this time the delivery took longer than expected. It was usually 3 business days, this time took over 2 weeks. It arrived when the whole shop was on summer sale, so I feel bad.

I ordered the package on the 7th June to arrive while I was at a conference in Spain. The delivery time was 3 - 5 days. The order was eventually delivered on the 18th June when I had left Spain so i needed to arrange a courier to deliver it to the UK.

Product took a long time to arrive even if it was in stock and not during the sales period . Only answers from the company were that product would soon be sent, would soon be on its way , we are not late etc etc .
When product finally arrived all was good.
Not competitive price , actually slightly higher than in other stores for same brand and same product .

Great products and fast shipping!

Worst store ever! I ordered gifts for my husband supposedly for my husband's birthday. The order was supposed to take 3-5 working days, took almost three weeks! I made another order - a shirt for myself and a pair of sneakers. The shirt came but not the shoes! Been following up as they take time to respond, not they can't find my order and offered to give me a refund. Who is running your company??? Never again!

Got a Vans pair that got ripped after less than a month. Complained about it and they asked for more and more pictures every time I was checking the status then they disclosed it as is not due to a manufacturing defect.

Ordered on 04/25. Received in Manitoba, Canada on 04/30. Arrived in good order. 100% authenticity. Even after paying customs, brokerage, excise - still saved substantially. Highly recommended seller. I just placed a 2nd order today.
