Not a bad review of the company but for returns. Returns go to Dubai so you will have to pay a lot to send the shoes back if you are shipping from the U.S. be 100% sure that is what you want. Plus to quality for free shipping will need to spend $300

How many days it takes? Placed and order but couldn't even get any shipment confirmation. It's been almost 1 week now and it's not even shipped yet.

What a joke!
What a joke! I bought a pair of Puma sneakers women size 8. The shoes are almost 2 inches too large. When I tried to return them I found out that the only way I could return them is going to the store in Dubai or return via courier to Dubai. No US warehouse and it would cost me US$160 via UPS or FedEx, which is more than the price of the shoes.
If you’re in the United States, stay away from this vendor.

Read their return policy before ordering from this store. It's really bad. After all of the shipping fees and restocking fees, and then waiting for more than a month, I still don't have a refund, which will be minimal anyway.

Brought some Hoka’s from a few weeks ago and they came in an unacceptable state. The glue was all over the trainers. Plus scuffs in the suede. Asked to return them but wasn’t happy to pay postage due to the bad condition they were in. They have been messing me about all week and finally offered to pay for a courier to pick them up. Still 3 days later no contact and no collection. All I keep getting is an email from the customer service of SVD saying they will be with you throughout the day. Not telling me with any warning. But this doesn’t matter because it’s a lie, I have a ring door bell and they haven’t picked up any courier. This ‘company’ needs to rethink how they deal with customers. I hope you consider buying elsewhere

Poor customer service and charges you to return
Order something in the wrong size. Tried to cancel literally 5 minutes after. They waited 24 hours to get back to me and said it’s now too late item has been processed already and you will need to return. If you’re in the UK they don’t have free returns BEWARE! Never again will I use your site - very poor!

Honestly, SVD is my favourite online sneaker shop and I also loved it when I was in Spain, but I don’t understand why do you still not deliver to Ukraine after a full-scale russian invasion, taking into account that postal services like UPS, DHL or Nova Poshta work here all the time during the war. Ukrainians forced to make orders through intermediary postal services, and in case if things don’t fit it’s too expensive and disadvantageously to make a return. Like in my last case, the pair of shoes runs MUCH bigger and wider than stated on the website and the cost of return is the same as the cost of the sneakers. I am very sorry for the money and time wasted trying to resale them here :(
