These Saucony Ride Millenium are perfect and the fitting for 11US is correct.

What made my experience so great and unforgettable is that I was one of the luckiest ones who won couple of pair of shoes after I lost all my collection during the flood which distorted my house. I’m happy that I signed up to this application. I hope that I get more and re-establish my collection.

I loveeee this website! It has been my go to for a couple of years now and they really are so reliable and trustworthy. Shipping to Malta is almost 10 euro but it is so so worth it. They work with FedEx and my items are always here in around 2 days. Packaging is also great as they double box shoes so the original box does not get damaged. Definitely recommend 1000 percent!

Terrible refund experience

I ordered a pair of shoes on 30/11/24, as they were the retailer with the shoes in stock. They arrived with no custom charges, unfortunately they did not fit and I started the process to return them, aiming for them to arrive before the 14 days is up, which is difficult considering it was the Christmas season. I paid £25 for international delivery, trying to make sure the £300+ was covered if they went missing (it was December after all) and that there would be no issues with customs as the company states they will not be liable, however there are no instructions or advice on this, so I did my best, hoping the shipping company will contact myself or the retailer and I at the time was happy to pay customs to release them on the other end and take the financial loss.

However, via tracking, I could see they were now held in customs from the 24th December, which is 13 days after I had shipped them, and I tried contacting Evri/ Globalco to resolve the matter but it seemed impossible to speak to someone and no called me back despite requesting numerous times. SVD was no help as they said they would refund once the shoes arrived and made no effort to suggest shipping companies to use if the shoes arrived back to me, I started to get the idea that they did not want to issue any refunds and make it as difficult as possible.

If you want to ship internationally, and provide returns, you should provide adequate advice on how to evade customs, because tbh I think it's impossible and they know this or provide a better communication stream to pass the costs onto the buyer.

As this has been going on for almost 2 months and Evri have stated that it is up to the company to resolve the customs issue, but SVD refuse to do so, I've had to take matters into my own hands and get legal advice.

If you are looking to purchase from here and are from the UK, don't do it or only order items you know fit you and will keep. The stress and financial loss is not worth it, I should have flipped them on eBay/depop/vinted.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding a recent order experience. Just before Christmas, I noticed it was the wrong size of shoes being sent. While I appreciate that the correct size arrived promptly after I placed a new order, the handling of the original incorrect order was problematic.

I was advised not to accept the incorrect order, and it would be returned for a refund. However, FedEx left the package outside without requiring a signature, and I had to pay £18 to return the item. Unfortunately, SVD refused to sign for the returned package, and now the shoes are missing. Return to sender since 31 of December. This has resulted in me being charged twice for one pair of shoes.

I am disappointed with the service I received and hope that improvements can be made to prevent similar issues in the future. Specifically, ensuring proper handling of returns and clear communication regarding refund processes. I have now kicked off other means to get my money back.

I confirmed my order on 10th and got the package on 13th. I live in New York and the speed was amazing! My shoes are perfectly fine. Definitely genuine products. All the instructions are clear.

Efficiency, availability, packing. Even price is the lowest around. Perfectly satisfied. Keep the good job. Please offer some more discounts for limited-budget customers.

Shoes were delivered quickly to the United States. 2-3 days after being shipped!
