Best price but terrible service. The delivery to my parents took weeks to arrive and when it did it was short by two packs/4 blocks. Emailed CS who said the delivery driver had delivered the full order. Basically said my parents, who are both in their 90s, had lied. Disappointing. Someone else has their’s and my sister’s business now.

Guys stay away from these cons, not only they took my money weeks ago and haven't delivered. But tmthe level of service is just awful. Tried to chat online for an update, they were just extremely rude

They took my money 5 weeks ago and still received nothing. They keep making excuses and are very rude too.

I received zero communication on the delivery date. They showed up at my flat when I wasn't at home, did not follow my instruction to leave the delivery with a neighbour (and I also called the driver to tell her) and since then have made excuses for not delivering.
They said they had a veihicle failure 2 weeks ago and now that they need to check their schedule to see when they'll be in the area. It's a joke.
And people with small businesses complain that everyone uses Amazon!! The need some training on customer service as we're the one paying money to them, not the other way around.

Rubbish customer service. I will never buy from them again.

Just bought a dozen blocks. Salt has impurities and has left sludge in water softener. Previously used Harvey Block salt which was whiter and left little sludge after using it for 7 years. DO NOT BUY.

Cancelled my order without any notice several days after I'd ordered. Messaged to say they do not deliver in my area "as mentioned on the website". I saw no such warning on the website during checkout, and their checkout process did nothing to prevent a purchase, I just got a blunt "we do not deliver" email.

Thankfully only bought 3 packs as I was suspicious of impurities

Used 2 packs so far

After 1st pack saw the water in the softener was muddled

So cleaned the softener and then put the new pack.. the second pack is not finished, and there is sand left at the bottom on the softner

I really how it's not destroyed my softner

Poor quality salt. Also incurred an additional fee for not wanting to order more through Siwa salt as I apparently didn't complete the subscription. The advertised price is low but as with anything I life, if it seems to good to be true it probably is.

Order quickly delivered but within one cycle of these blocks the water had become dirty and foamy, which hasn't happened in 9 years of using this water softener. Cleaned and disinfected, new blocks and same thing again. Found sand/grit in the base of the softener. Cleaned and disinfected again, went back to Harvey salt and no issues. Reported the issue to Daniel at Sivasalt and was palmed off.

Siwa blocks are really bad, they have totally fowled up our water softner. We disinfected the whole unit twice, and realised the salt blocks are causing the fowl water. We changed back to the old supplier and our water is clean. DO NOT BUY.

Excellent product and service...delivery driver very helpful and polite...we will definitely use again.

Placed two orders in a row. Both have arrived on time with no issues.

After no delivery within 2 weeks I enquired with Daniel. Response was ‘we state on our website within 20 working days’. Ordered over 1 month ago and still no delivery. Clearly not working very much then. Don’t waste your time, this is a joke of a business using customers cash to float their working capital cycle.

Siwa Salt is a scam imitation operation, be warned.

Look up Siwa Salt Direct, averages 4* rating. I’ve been ordering from them for 2 years, no problems.

Ordered 12 packs of block salt delivered by DHL within 7 days on inspection blocks all broken contacted Siwa via email on delivery day informing them ( no response ) follow up email 3 days later ( no response ) 2 days later voice mail left ( no response ) claim submitted to Pay pal.
update 05/03/2023 now been refunded by PayPal

I ordered during black Friday. Since then the delivery was advised within a few days but never arrived. I chased and was sent an email which was full of lies. It was also a standard email sent to someone else who I know ordered around the time I did. Said parcels were lost. How can they be lost 10 heavy packages. Anyway that was a lie as the package arrived 3.5weeks later and has the dispatch date on it when it was originally said to have been dispatched. Apparently he had resent the package which was lost. Lies. I accept some of the delay was the recent parcel force strikes but fact is the strikes were recent not at the time of order. I chased a number of times for a tracking number for the apparent replacement item but all email comms with sherif mahmoud were ignored. Won't be ordering again from this place and certainly not recommending it to anyone. Rather pay a little more for a professional company. Nearly had to get my credit card company involved.

Daniel at the customer service is a disgrace in my opinion. Called to ask where my order is and after being late 14 days and wont even let me speak. Started shouting at me that its late because of snow ( it only snowed on the day of the call). I wish i have never ordered the salt and now not even sure if they will still deliver. Its really worrying that the only contact number on the website its his mobile number. Clearly you have no option to talk with somebody else. I would not recommend do not use them

I took delivery of 30 packs of salt blocks in Sept/oct last year to use when my Gilmores salt blocks ran out.
I only started using the siwa blocks this last month and they have completely blocked my Pro Series water softner. There is 4" of salt and dirt in the base of my softner that I now need to dig out.
Siwa blocks are really bad, disintegrate quickly, have sand in them and totally fowl up a water softner. DO NOT BUY.

Some of the reviews here made me nervous however I have ordered from Siwa Salt Ltd twice. My most recent order was my largest for 30 x 8kg Salt blocks. Each time I have received all the salt I ordered in good time. I've been wondering if some of the very negative reviews here are from competitors. My experience has been positive. Good quality salt blocks (not broken), efficient delivery.

This is the second time
I've bought this salt for my Harvey's water softner. First time I bought a full pallet split between 4 of us and it was the same look and quality as the Harveys block salt. The second time I bought 1/4 pallet on a black friday deal. Delivery is swift and packaging is always good and strong which allows me store in my outside garage.
I continue to recommend Siwa to anyone I know that has a water softner that wants a quality product at a much much cheaper price than other brands.
