Siwa Salt Direct Ltd Reviews 

Ordered salt well over a month ago. Very little updates and correspondence. Still wondering where my salt delivery is, even though was told it was delivered to stock over 2 weeks ago. Won’t be using again.

I have used them in the in the past with no issues..
T&C mention Minimum 15 working days, but normally quicker.
Now we are told there are substantial delays and I have no idea when delivery will be made. I order over a month ago and no scheduled date yet.

Rubbish customer service. I will never buy from them again.

Ordered salt on the 15th of November, order number 13778, from the genuine site! No replies to phone and messages, the order is well overdue.
Let's see if Trustpilot confirms its self to be the best channel to get attention.

UPDATE: Received SMSs to inform me that my order is due next week, improving my rating by one star

UPDATE: Delivered in the 12th (despite what the reply says, well beyond what stated here: siwasaltdirect dot com/pages/delivery-pricing, which should have been within the 6th of December)

Don't reply to any emails whatsoever, no sign of any salt after 28 days since ordering, said I would be claiming back through credit card then they cancelled the order that was never likely to be sent anyway.

100% improvement over my previous experience. Order delivered in good time and a happy exchange of correspondence. Price very competitive and delivery person polite and friendly.

Placed an order with this company on the 7th July and today chased up to see how they are progressing with my delivery. Phone number is a mobile number which they did not answer instead starting sending text messages. When questioned they responded with their economy delivery is15working days which is just ridiculous as they apparently deliver themselves. Then he questioned why I didn’t choose the express delivery to which I responded because it’s £50!! The response was it’s not my charges it’s the courier! This is after telling me they deliver themselves… the tone of responses was very aggressive! He went on to then say he uses a courier for the express service only then said no it’s a Uber type service as the couriers damage the salt. I mean correct if I’m wrong but this person just sounds extremely confused! He went on to blow his own trumpet about how he’s a £10million company and how he provides Kinetico uk and Spain to which my response was I would have thought you would have your courier service and delivery charges in a better state if that is the case. He proceeded to carry on by sending me screen shots from Kinetico website comparing 30 bags of salt price to what I had purchased which was 18 bags and then insulted me by saying I need to concentrate on my maths. I told him I’m not here for a slanging match and was simply inquiring about my delivery! I have requested a refund and if this doesn’t happen I will simply request a charge back on my credit card. Very rude and unprofessional. Please don’t waste your time or money! Also if you do choose to purchase through this firm pay via a secure source. Also on another note no I have not purchased from the soo called copy cat company and is from here I have all the emails.

In response to you I have not sent a single email to you please provide proof of this! However I have now added screenshots of our only text message conversation onto google reviews as trustpilot does not allow uploads. I have never asked for your insanely priced express delivery but was simply querying when I would receive my order. Also you blocked my number- how old are you? Once again demonstrating your immature childish behaviour with the insults! Very glad you have not had my custom. For anyone in doubt the screenshots are on google reviews! As you have stated let the people draw their own conclusions this is a public platform for people to come and express their experiences of businesses and unfortunately you have failed to address me as a customer yet wanted a slurring match instead! I have written a true and honest review of my experience no need to be butt hurt!

My delivery did take slightly longer than expected but hey life is not perfect . Great price nicely packaged and the couple who delivered could not have been more helpful .

We have nothing but praise for this company for their customer service. We were kept well -informed of traffic problems and delivery was made out of hours when it could easily have been cancelled.

After waiting for a month for my order to arrive I tried to reach the company. The company would not respond to emails and the phone number did not work, so I assumed they went out of business. However, after nearly two months, my shipment arrived. I will not do business with them again.

Re the reply by Siwa Salt. My order number is #10101 and was placed on Jan 15, 2023. I have written records of the order and my emails to you. I have phone records of my calls.

Delays due to shortages now resolved..

Siwa salt direct is a genuine company supplying salt owned by Daniel Cole. Siwa salt ltd is another company that claims Siwa salt direct is a fake. Well it’s not because Daniel delivered the salt as described in his packaging, logo etc. Please only order From Daniel NOT Mark the fake company owner.
Thank you Daniel and I’m sorry to learn you are mistaken at times for the scam company out there. Hope your business does not suffer and I’ll definitely re order
