I just recently had a flat tire on my SIXT + car and within the same afternoon the car was picked up and I had a new car (even got an upgrade) to continue driving with. All I had to do was one phone call to the SIXT support and everything else was smoothly handled. Dont think that I had such an easy handling with any provider before. Amazing product and very smooth in any way.

I had a car for 4 month and beside the price, it was a great service. I strongly recommend the extra insurance, as someone put a dent into my car and this would have cost me a lot. But with full coverage it was not a problem at all.

I don’t think there is a rating scale to describe what they are doing…
1. Providing a lower category of a car than ordered, dirty and with tank half full.
2. Lying, not responding, asking to call customer support over and over again “because call got re-routed to wrong support line”
3. Providing a correct car only after 3 weeks, still charging a full price for a month. Claiming that on the wheel (that was impossibly dirty at the pickup) is scratched, even though there’s only dirt visible on the picture. Still charging 1000 € plus 160€ for refuelling service, because half an empty car should be returned, apparently with a full tank.
4. Customer service line not responding, Written email complaints also not. Only thing that they do is charge for the service that they have NOT provided
