Online support

Location and pickup were good. Accounting and app were glitchy. The customer service over the phone was kind, but because they had very little access, they could not do much to help. Email service is slow (took a week to get to the substance of the issue), rude and unhelpful. Very little interest in understanding the customer's perspective, being transparent or upfront. No interest in solving problems and loves saying we cannot do this, even when they made an error. Always leave a paper trail and obtain confirmation from them that something is done. Put the payment on a credit card with plenty of insurance. It is a nice concept and the fleet and option are nice. However, like almost every other subscription provider for cars, does not have a responsive app-payment communication. Never encountered such defensive customer service with poor understanding of the issue. Prepare to explain yourself like a broken record. Given how little they wish to listen, and how much they focus on shying away from any sort of liability, I doubt the customer experience would ever improve.
