Very fast pick up time and service

The car was clean and brand new, staff was kind and patient. Instructions for picking up very clear. Everything perfect, congrats.

Great value for money. While other companies are a bit cheaper, Sixt optimises for convenience and lack of worries. Nothing went bad and they were very accommodating. We did not feel at any point that we were being taken advantage of.

Great service and excellent cars

Price was competitive, my previous experience of SIXT in France and Australia helped me choose. Information was all correct, including minor bodywork scratches. Check-in easy and helpful. Hire car performed as expected and return was simple, and friendly. I had to amend return time but app is simple to use and the amendment was very quick. Recommended.

Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. The car was in great condition, the process was smooth, and everything went exactly as promised.

Both the person who assisted me at pickup and the one who helped me during the return were friendly, professional, and clear in their explanations. They walked me through the available options, explained the insurance details, and made sure I understood everything before proceeding. Their attitude and clarity made the process easy and stress‑free, which I really appreciated.

good working condition

I received a better car than the one I had ordered, at the same price and with the same cost for full insurance. The service was reliable, friendly, and without any pushy sales tactics.
There was an issue because we couldn’t exit the parking lot. The advisor handled everything he could to help us get out. He was very helpful and professional. A young guy, but he delivers excellent quality service.

i would not recommend SIXT, at Fuerteventura Airport. Staff push at the desk to sell you insurance that you do not need. QR Code provided to show damage to vehicle your hiring will not work. On returning car receive 3 emails say the vehicle had been damaged. On returning to the vehicle as had not pass security no new damage was seen, This was also confirmed by the SIXT employee who was checking over the vehicle. i have submitted evidence of the damage to the vehicle on the day of collection, still waiting for a responce
Do not use or trust them

I made a booking and it was accepted fór picking up a car at 00:30 I pay on sixt own site. When I get to the airport no one is here there is a sign (be back at 05:00) all the money was in advance. There phone service agreed with me the booking was right. But the sixt department is never open at this time, no help , no refund was provided.
