The order took an extra 5 weeks to arrive. When it arrived, the chair were not of the same size. You would be expected to chase up your order constantly.

The driver was incredibly rude during delivery.

Great product, good quality compare to price and exactly what I’ve seen on the website.

Amazing communication, was sent a sample of the fabric, was delivered on time and was brought up to my flat. Really happy with the product as well it is stunning!

Ordered some chairs. Some were back dated on pre order in different dispatch dates, however they wanted to hold. All. Items, even in stock items until last item was available which meant about a 2 month wait. After this and a further delay, the last chair was delivered in the wrong colour. They re-scheduled another delivery to replace this and after another 10days it arrived and was the wrong colour again. Ordered in December and we are now in March and still awaiting the last correct item. After all this, all the manager could Offer was 10% off on our next purchase. Understand they are a small company and want to save on deliveries but the compensation doesn't match up and I Don't think we ll be ordering anything from them again.

High end quality and style with a great service, you cannot beat their chairs 👌🏻. Would happily recommend Six The Residence to anyone.

They have appalling customer service. Do not use them.
I ordered a stool from this company. They delivered it via DHL when I was on holiday. I was not given any delivery options. DHL left it on my doorstep, took a photo and it was then stolen before I got home. I did not sign or take actual delivery of the item.

Once I raised this as an issue with Six The Residence they told me to take it up with DHL as they said it was delivered. DHL said I the company needed to take it up with them not me. Six The residence then said as DHL did deliver it and left it in a safe space (on my doorstep in full view of an open road) there was nothing they could do they would not refund or replace the item.

A fantastic piece of furniture, desk. It is not only very stylish but also very well made. I love it.

I bought a £295 chair as a present and the quality of the finish is shocking and the chair is definitely not fit for purpose! You would cut yourself on the excess glue that is used all over the chair. Very very disappointing.
