I purchased two cruisers from sixthreezero. Each bike arrived on time and took less then an hour to assemble. The assembly videos were extremely helpful. Unfortunately one of the bikes developed a clicking noise. I contacted customer service and they couldn't be more attentive and helpful in addressing the issue. I am happy to report that the bike is fixed with no cost to me.
My experience was extremely positive and the customer service was outstanding to work with.

I had been checking out their rickshaw bike for a few weeks and finally took the plunge and bought one. We absolutely LOVE it. I feel like a kid when riding it. We get compliments and questions wherever we go. It's made picking up and dropping off the kids from school so much more enjoyable. I highly recommend it.

Customer service has been extraordinary! I have had numerous conversations with Marry and Cora regarding delivery info and questions about new e-Trike. Each individual responded quickly with exact info I needed. They are immediately available and couldn’t have been more helpful. The trike arrived on time and in perfect condition. I love my two-wheel e trike. With my old two-wheeled bicycle I suffered balance problems, but I will be able to ride my two-wheel e trike for the rest of my life. It was easy to assemble and adjust the seat height and the handlebars. Great bike! I would buy another.

I ordered an electric trike and received it in a timely fashion. The parcel was well packed without damage to any part. After trial period, I found due to neurological problems I could not maneuver it. I was kindly assisted by Nadine. We returned the trike and I was awarded a full refund. Wonderful company to work with and all transactions were in a timely manner. Just sorry I could not keep the trike and use it.

My wife and I purchased new bikes and although theses are beautiful bikes my wife wanted to get a seat a little bit more comfortable for our rides. The bike manufacturer did not have anything we wanted and after an extensive search I found SixThreeZero. My wife saw the Extra Cush Curved Wing Extra Large Comfort Seat and wanted to try it out. We received the seat, put it on the bike, took it for a test drive, and that was all it took! This is truly the most comfortable bike seat we ever had on a bike. My wife can ride miles on our city bike trails and never get uncomfortable or sore like other seats we have had on our bikes - what a great product this seat is that we purchased from SixThreeZero. I tried this seat too and bought one for my bike and now our rides are so much more fun! Thank you SixThreeZero!

Ordering and receiving my evryjourney electric bike was acceptable. Unfortunately, it arrived with a faulty controller so I was unable to set up the bike to my preferences. Sixthreezero customer service worked hard to get me a new controller so a month after receiving the bike I can finally ride it safely. KD58C, get your o troller instructions online from KD58C as the little pamphlet included with the bike was inadequate.

Merry understood my problem and was very knowledgeable. She found me the exact right video.

WE paid almost 4,000.00 for a rickshaw bike. It was so easy to order and pay without an issue lol. We rode the bike one time for about 20 minutes and almost got into two accidents. The bike it too powerful for my 56 yr old husband. We ran into the street twice because was difficult to control. We contacted the company in order to send bike back as per their policy and they have refused to give us a return label or proper instruction on how to return it including the address of where to ship it back to. We were willing to pay the price to ship it back. We have no other choice but to get legal council. We live in Florida and recommend buying a bike in your town to avoid issues like these. Consumer beware.

What an outstanding company! I ordered an "Around the Block" bicycle, and it arrived in three (3) days. Easy to assemble and a quality, well made bicycle. Directions were well written in a nice booklet. Comes with a one year warranty and a 30 day, no hassle, return policy. They even pay for return shipping!

I am very pleased with my purchase, and the company's genuine, customer satisfaction values.

You can't go wrong buying a bicycle from this class act company.

Customer service was terrible. I called, left messages, emailed, tried unsuccessfully to use their chat feature. I was unable to access the settings menu since none of the pin numbers they gave me worked. I was looking for a bike that had pedal ASSIST, not something that would take over as soon as I started pedaling!! I don't know if I can change this in settings because I can't get into settings. This bike is dangerous for an older person to ride the way it is set up at the moment! I feel I was sent a faulty bike or at least the controller is a lemon! (KD58C)
I am disappointed since, as a shorter person, I like the size and the forward pedals because I can finally put my feet on the ground.

From searching the website all the way to receiving my bike, I had a great experience with sixthreezero. There were shipping/manufacturing delays and they did a great job compensating me for the inconvenience. Since receiving my bike, I have enjoyed it immensly. I feel it was juast as advertised and has been just what I was looking for. The support has been second to none. Would definately recommend this company and their product to friends and family.

Price inflation for Black Friday.
This company is fraudulently advertising a sale.
Prices were increased, so that the sale brings the price back down to their “normal” price.
Be smart people, this isn’t the only company doing this.
So disappointed in the integrity of this company.

I am very disappointed in this relatively pricey bike. I should have gone with a better known brand. I'm only 6'2" and my knees are hitting the back of the handle bars. This Beach Cruiser is a poor design and came with no fenders. It's not worth the money. I called the company and they never got back. I should have gone with Schwinn. They make a better bike for less costs.

This bike looks and rides awesome. My daughter rides it all over the place and finds the seat comfortable, the gears smooth, and the ability to carry stuff on the rack very helpful. No complaints.

I got this bike as a beach cruiser but enjoy the ability to adjust gears when needed. The seat is comfortable and the style/color are so cute! It was difficult to assemble by myself and I ended up having a bike shop adjust the gears/brakes for me. Overall, good quality, fits me well (I’m short), and is a smooth ride.
