Went into your Birmingham store to…
Went into your Birmingham store to purchase a pair of adidas Mallorca. Served by someone in my opinion was more interested in taking to his mate rather than dealing with customers. Just left me standing there. Not happy but another member of staff was more than willing to serve. Staff like that need to be shown the door they are giving your brand a bad name.

All of the younger gentlemen were very polite and kind … I’m not your usual customer at 62 an older lady. Callum is the young man who went above and beyond he listened carefully to my needs and asked another member of staff who was downstairs to look for a particular shoe for my daughter who suffered a stroke and finds it hard to tie laces. I was blown away by the service I received today and even purchased a small bag as well . You as a company should be very proud of these young men who represent your brand admirably. I worked in retail management for all of my life so I understand how important feedback is.

Great shop if you like retro clothing and shoes..
Great selection of products both online and in their physical stores.
I visited their Birmingham store where I found some trainers unfortunately they didn't have them in my size but I managed to purchase them online..
I ordered them on the 22/12/25 and a week later they arrived which was fine as the Xmas holidays and weekend were in between..
All in all a great shop, keep it up guys..
