Mortgage advisor Natalie Thorn was amazing. I knew nothing about mortgages and the processes involved. She was so so helpful and thorough, nothing was too much trouble and I am so grateful for all her help. SJB provided me with an excellent service and I would recommend them to anyone :-)

Absolutely brilliant. We have used Susan's services a few times now and she is just amazing and has always gone above and beyond to help and answer any questions. She is also very quick in responding throughout something many don't do. We will never use anyone else.

Helpful, kept us updated stage by staged.. we never thought we would be able to get a remortgage, but Natalie went all out to get us one. its now our second time with using them.. took all the worry away and also sorted life insurance for us..

I would like to recommend SJB Financial as I have experienced amazing service from them. Natalie in particular has been unbelievably helpful every step of the way, making the mortgage process less daunting. I started off just asking for some advice as I wanted to know if I could borrow more money or get a better rate. Natalie thoroughly explained all the jargon to me (I felt so confused as a first time buyer!) And she actually found the Nationwide helping hand mortgage for me which had a better rate than the previous one I had looked at and allowed us to borrow more money. I am so pleased with the service, I felt at ease talking to Natalie as she is always friendly and willing to help. Emails are answered quickly and calls are always returned if Natalie is busy. Even once our mortgage had been approved Natalie helped us sort out life insurance and talked us through it every step of the way, allowing us to keep our options open and not putting pressure on us at all. Thank you so much Natalie for helping us buy our first home!

Susan was incredible! Being a first time buyer can can be a stressful and daunting process to undertake, but Susan was there from start to completion helping me to navigate all stages of the buying process.
